Possible Id fraud or no?
Currently wondering if this is a way to get peoples legal ID info and sell it on. They take all you documents info passport, license, image, national insurance etc, then spend ages with all modules, Just as you think you reach a goalpost another obstacle, enhanced compliance. The department needs to verify the already verified docs, certs, references again. Then the app still shows not eligible based on nothing missing. Very concerned about ID fraud, especially with bases in SA etc. There are only whatts app chats, you may or may not get a response which takes 4 hours of constantly checking your phone. I would like to know who to contact in the goverment to investigate? Had high hopes for them!
