The application process is far too lengthy. I’ve been a qualified nurse for over two decades but they still want you to prove you can do the most general nursing duties, and will blame their clients who request this but they’re all in it together as far as I’m concerned…and there’s no guarantee of getting any shifts at the end of it. Paid out £82 to do an all in one day training, supposedly covering all necessary mandatory training but did not, and still wasn’t sufficient to qualify for a shift. I understand they have to vet people but at this rate they’ll want me to repeat my nurse training if they could. A money making racket and never again…!

Be careful ❗️of this company, they send staff who aren’t well trained and take liabilities. .
If you’re a client make sure the company is fully insured before you employ them.

These people are the absolute worst! I'm being owed money for the shifts I worked for 1 year now, every time I speak to them they have a different excuse like, this is not my departament etc. They call at the most inopportune time only once, I am a professional nurse, my time off shift should be dedicated to recovery not to chasing money for shifts I allready worked. I had enough and will pay the 115 pounds fee and let the small claims court deal with them. Also their incompetence held me back from getting my dbs for 3 months, leaving me without income for 3 months, they promise travel expenses a few times and never delivered and when I asked for the money they kept puting me to another consultant. Just because they are one of the biggest agencies in uk does not mean they are the best. I regret the day I registered with them wish I would of donned something else with the time I spent with them. Absolute buffoons, incompetents the worst of the worst.

Great working here. Neville is always ready to help with shifts. Good pay as well
