I have been with A24 G for 12 years. Initially, it was all right, but everything started to go south two years ago. Even though they don't have enough shifts to go around, every year, they will ask for work references and update one's training. While the latter is all right, I don't know why they ask for work references yearly, even if you've worked with them for years. Some consultants are very rude and unhelpful. They want you to travel a hundred miles or more to work with an hourly rate of £12 - £15. Two years ago, I left them a negative review, and one of them called me and promised they'd improve. However, since I deleted my feedback here and on Google, nothing has changed or improved; it has even worsened. The lady who called to implore me to take down the review said I should speak to her anytime I called, but I never got through to her. Even now, I am trying to update my training online with difficulty. If you look closely at the positive reviews, it's all about how people felt happy about initial interviews and not about getting jobs or how efficient A24 Group are in providing jobs. This is all a gimmick, with prospective workers being persuaded to give positive reviews before they are able to size things up properly.
Honestly, there are too many problems. I advise people not to bother registering with this agency.

I had my interview conducted by Kyle on the 05/02/2024 at 10:30am. I must say Kyle was a professional at his job. He made me feel comfortable and took his time to explain carefully all the company’s requirements to me.
It felt like having a conversation with a friend.
