I had a great experience with this service. The charges were very reasonable, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and cooperative throughout the process. Wow, What can I honestly say apart from some bad reviews on here, ignore the bad ones, I've actually had good experience and 1st class customer service with the company, they arrived on time and most definitely recommend the services

I have not used A1 parking for about 3 years and then it was an amazing service… not so now! They were late arriving to collect the car by 20 minutes with no apology and took well over 40 minutes to bring it when I arrived back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I certainly won’t be using it again… appalling company and customer service.

Very poor communication with office. Phone number on email does not work. Waited an hour on arrival and over an hour when we got back nothing positive to say about this company. My 2 friends and I three older ladies arrived back late last night and had to stand in the rain and cold waiting every time I rang they were short on the phone or just put me on hold they say the car park is only 13 miles away so there is no way it takes over an hour. Definitely won’t be using them again

Avoid this firm, very disappointing, difficult to find, the bumpy road was a nightmare, waiting times were poor and the additional barrier charges were just an extra cost to finish us off from saying we'd never use this firm again!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service (Bristol). No signage to the car park. Tried calling ahead of arrival (as requested in email) but no answer. drove through country lanes, mainly potholes, then along some horse stables into some sort of yard. There was a floodlight towards a van and a group of people with suitcases, I felt relieved as thought I would never find this place in the middle of night and in the middle of nowhere. Whole situation was surreal, all of us were made to pay extra barrier charge, some of us paid £14, £17 and I was charged £20… When queried, I was told “take it or leave it” ! Obviously had no choice otherwise I would have missed my flight. Half way through the trip the driver stopped the van to urinate outside. Return trip was no different, they couldn’t find my booking, the driver couldn’t even speak English. Eventually I got in the van and arrived at so called car park, my car was completely covered in thick layer of dirt. Whole experience was utterly distressing, not the best way to start and end holiday! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!! Disreputable company with terrible customer service.
If you have paid by debit/credit card and seek a refund for a cancelled service my best advice is to raise a dispute/charge back request through your bank. A successful dispute results in the bank pulling your money from the merchants account in order to refund you the customer, and in some cases banks also charge the merchant extra administration fees for handling the dispute, meaning the merchant is even more out of pocket. I hope all who have been trying for weeks to get refunds from this dreadful outfit finds this helpful. I am now off to raise my dispute.
Update: Having raised the dispute with my bank on 07Oct, I have now received a full refund and the bank will be taking up the dispute with the merchant directly.

Absolutely horrible experience. AVOID at all costs!!

I cancelled my booking over a month ago and still waiting to see any money or email confirmation. I keep calling and messaging and being assured the refund will be processed in a few days but never happens. Absolute SCAM Will never use again!!

I made a formal complaint please see below:
I am writing to formally complain about your continued failure to process a refund I am owed, and about the unacceptable conduct of your staff.

Timeline of events:

12 July 2026 – I booked and, on the same day, cancelled this booking directly with your team.
12 July 2026 – I was told the refund would be processed within 7 working days.
No refund was received within that timeframe.
I later contacted you again and was told the refund would now take 3-4 weeks instead — a significant and unexplained change from your original commitment.
I also received a message via WhatsApp confirming the refund would be processed, which has still not happened. I have retained a screenshot of this message as evidence.
I subsequently called your customer service line to follow up. I was placed on hold, and the representative I spoke with laughed at me during the call regarding my request for a refund I am contractually owed. This is an unacceptable way to treat a paying customer.
It has now been one month since I cancelled this booking, with no refund received and no consistent or honest communication from your team about when it will be processed. This delay is unreasonable and unacceptable.

I have already reported this matter to Citizens Advice Consumer Service (Reference: 8696421).

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!

I waited over an 1hr 30mins for a fake shuttle that supposedly comes every 10mins.

Got to the car only to find out they had taken my car used my petrol and run up over 40 additional miles on my car.

WONT EVER RECOMMEND!!

Everyone, stay away from this place.
This is a scam company.

My car had been driven 8 miles and the camera had been disconnected for what ever reason. Then moved somewhere under a tree as it was covered bird S*** / droppings. Only wanted cash!!! Not to be trusted.

One word. Avoid.

This place takes the utter piss. If it wasn’t for having a tracker on my car would have been hell of a lot worse.
They don’t tell you they don’t keep your car on site where you leave it.
TWOC (taken without consent) driving without insurance, so few laws broken straight away.
Left my car in a community centre car park for 3 days. As what was showing on my tracker.
Notified the company made them aware, and also threatened to call the police if anything that I knew was in the car of value. Some sunglasses were taken.
Called the police anyway. As they are clearly breaking the law. Carrying out criminal activities. Turns out they’ve been investigated before. Shouldn’t even be in business.
They have stolen peoples items before, used the cars while there away. Used there fuel.
Funny how they have been accused of leaving people stranded for hours when they return that I got picked up on time.
Must of been running scared as I had informed them of what I knew.
Please be wary. As you won’t get as lucky as me.
FYI I called the police. They ain’t interested said it was a civil matter.

DON’T USE !!!! The communication between staff and us was awful on drop off when we first arrived ,, we got told to ring 30-40 minutes before arrival which we did we had the phone ended on us two times before they picked up. we were then told to ring again just before we got there, we did and we got asked why we didn’t call already which we did so they hadn’t logged it so we ended up waiting a while before the car was picked up.
And then …
Upon return we tried to ring as soon as we landed to let them know we needed the car bringing back to us it took 4 separate calls before they finally picked up and by this point we were were already through passport control and in the car park waiting when they finally picked up I asked to double check the reg was right for the car they were bringing back to us and they ended the phone on us after starting to get funny down the phone giving attitude,, after ringing back they finally understood what we were asking told us the reg and said they’d be another 30-40 minutes dropping the car back to us.
When they finally got to us the car had clearly been ragged to get there as it was absolutely stinking of clutch and you could feel the heat coming off the brakes.
So in conclusion I wouldn’t reccommend anyone to use this company as it was a very big faff all round

Hung up on us multiple times and was rude. Never answered our calls. When we got the car back the brake pads have been slammed so all we could smell on the way home was burning. Do not recommend at all.
