I just wanted to say that the call was excellent. He was very clear, kind, polite, and professional throughout the conversation. He explained everything really well and made the whole process easy and pleasant. He also offered a very good deal, which I really appreciated. Phoned up and saved me time with other utility provider who falsely stated they could provide me broadband. Chris Thorpe phoned and gave me my options and managed to save me money as well!

Great broadband. Happy with the customer service. I found a better price elsewhere later into the contract. Called the retention team and Ben was very helpful and convinced me to stay. Great company to deal with - there's plenty of poor ones when it comes to internet so I chose not to roll the dice

Most of the experience was difficult: had to be on hold for quite a while, passed between multiple departments. I'd agreed a deal with them on the phone, then upon installation my speeds and price were not that agreed on the phone.

Fortunately Mohammed was very helpful on the phone and sorted it all out for me.

The guy I spoke to was helpful and understanding but the companies policies are ridicules as due to not being able to fit the internet for me they wanted to charge me to send router back which is disgraceful, be aware of your use rise fibre they don’t tell you about a charge to return router no one even called me I done all the chasing to return router I think they do it so they can then charge people for not returning router

I spoke to a man called shuaib today who was very helpful and extremely pleasant.ue dealt with my qeary quickly and efficiently.im a very happy customer and would recommend 4th utility to people
