Signed up with 4thUtility due to an offer. BT then matched that so I called to cancel. Spoke with Fasil who was polite & confident without being overly pushy. Gave a fantastic deal so I have stayed. I immediately got on to others to say how great the service was & how others should sign up with 4thUtility.

Been with 4thUtility for 3 months now and I honestly can't fault them so far.
The speeds have been as promised, and the app is good for keeping track of everything.
I did have an issue during my first couple of days where I couldn’t get a connection. This wasn’t actually 4thUtility’s fault, as CityFibre were having problems with the network itself. I only mention it because when I called 4thUtility to find out what was happening, I was genuinely impressed that I could actually speak to someone helpful who knew what was going on, something I definitely couldnt say about my previous provider!
So far, really happy with the service and would happily recommend them.

After a random cut out of my broadband I called 4th utility and couldn’t get through. This was around 7pm the same day. The sales team who were the only people that answered said that the tech team were not there till 8pm as I had thought. I then called the next day and spoke to Ash from the tech support team. He was very helpful and was aiming to sort my router issue out which seemed to be the problem. After he went through the trouble shooting process my connection came back to life. Ash didn’t rush in trying to resolve the problem or try to pass the call to someone else. He worked to resolve my router issue which managed and got my broadband up and running in no time.
Great service from Ash!! If all of the tech support team at 4th utility work as well as Ash does I’m sure anyone facing a similar problem to mine will not have to worry about getting re connected in a timely fashion
