Just taken delivery of a new Hyundai Tuscon from Car and Van Discount. The vehicle is just what we wanted at a fantastically discounted price. I have never bought a vehicle this way before and because of the amount of cash involved I must say I was very apprehensive. However, I did some checks and decided to give it a go. Michael at the firm dealt with me from beginning to delivery. He explained clearly how the deal works and gave a delivery schedule. He gave a fair price for my trade in and I was very impressed by the way he spoke. I decided to go ahead despite my fears mainly because of the way Michael had dealt with me. Michael contacted me at the appropriate time and arranged delivery and then on the prearranged date our new car was delivered and our trade in was taken away. Everything went really smoothly from beginning to end and I am happy to highly recommend buying a vehicle from this company. I have just bought a +£40,000 car, I had not seen, from a guy I have never met, who works for a company on the other side of the country: none of which bothered me one little bit.
This is the third new car I have bought from this company with Niel holding my hand along the way each time.
There is no question in my mind this is the way to buy a new car, why more people don’t do it baffles me.
This is a company which can be trusted and whose customer service is extemporary.
The financial saving is massive and that alone then gives me the opportunity to change my car much more frequently than is sensible, for some!
That in turn saves me on servicing and heartache over the years.
The only thing missing is the hard sell and pressure you get at the main dealers.
Once again thank you Niel and the whole team, another fantastic deal which was executed without a hitch and my new motor is sitting on my drive with the V5 tucked away indoors just waiting for, hopefully, another change of car in the not too distant future.

Took delivery of my new Citroen C5 Aircross today, everything went smoothly with delivery on time.

Van had delivery mileage 245 mls and couldn’t fault it
The guy who delivered it was top drawer
A very simple process from start to finish once you get past spending that much on a van you haven’t seen from a man you haven’t met.

First time purchasing a new car- 31.5 k worth was quite disconcerting, especially the bank transfer having not seen the produce.
However- they are part of a larger established dealer group thus there is a long track record.
Micheal was excellent because there was no filibustering; in addition, when I overplayed, he contacted me a credited the money straight back to my account.
Car was clean and flawless, delivered on-time by a polite chap and the car had fuel left in the tank.
It’s rare that you can say a process was perfect.

Not bought a car this way before and did find it difficult at times. it was double the time I was quoted before the delivery of the car, this was due to availability of parts for the build.
I did have to keep chasing for updates but the response from Michael was always quick and as informative as possible in the circumstances. The car was delivered and was filthy on the exterior and needed a wash. However the car is what I expected and I am happy with it. Whilst the price was good I’m not sure if I would go down this route again!
