Sent a large order in, took over 6 weeks! Then they said my Krank driver had a dent in it, and it did not when it left here!! They said a brand new iron set from Cobra was missing the 7 iron; it was verified when it was shipped. They scam on trades!!!!! Will never do business with them again. Screwed me out of 400 bucks!
A better business model would be called communication, which there was zero of. They change your order and don't say anything, and then give you a check for what they want to give you!

I ordered 3 wedges from 2nd swing All at the same time. Received my dates I am supposed to get my items. 2 of the items came in. The other. Is two days past. I have talked with 2nd swing three times since to try to locate my time and find out when I would get it. Still have not had any response. Maybe one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. I will never buy another thing from 2nd swing. I understand it is FedEx responsibility after they get the item. But when I have asked them to contact FedEx and get a delivery date and they haven’t . They don’t care about their customers one bit. So disappointed in a company that I live 15 minutes away from their store. Will give my business to pga superstore since they seem to care more about their customers. Hate to write this but it’s been more than a week to receive a product. And no one can tell me when I will get it.

When being fitted over the phone..i recommend having factual statistics available (swing speed..ball speed..launch trajectory..to name a few)(i went and used a professional launch monitor...being able provide facts..will get you exactly fitted..even over the phone. Colin never tried to sell..he let me talk..provide info which brought us to the perfect fit ..2ND SWING..has great prices..choices and even better customer service..thanks guys!

Needed an emergency club repair yesterday afternoon. Chaske repaired the club in 30 minutes while I waited. Expensive repair as I bought a TaylorMade Spyder putter during my wait. We use 2Nd Swing Minnetonka and the Scottsdale locations for most of our golfing needs.

I received a supposed Mint Set of Taylormade P790 Irons. I paid $1,100 dollars for these clubs. I could hear the clubs clanging together in the shipping box. No head protection at all in the box and no effort to restrain club movement. Visible marks are on the face and backs of the heads. Mint classification was questionable especially on the 7 iron which appeared demoed frequently. Not a happy buyer and won't be again with 2nd Swing. Their competitors are much better at classifying club condition and packaging. Larry Hunt

Very positive buying experience, I received a phone fitting for my driver and saw some great results! Nice value on my trade in also.

I sent four clubs to them. I was told after shipping my total would be a check for 98. Dollars. The check came today and it was for 58. At no time was I told a different amount would be given. This is a very dirty thing to do. If you call this good business,then don't. These guys now seem a little crooked.

Ordered 4 ping irons to fill out my set. g730 with ping graphite shafts. While this appears to be custom, the only custom part is I didn’t need a 7 iron. Next smart they responded with their “timeline eatinates” of 3-5 weeks and how “transparent they will be”. 5 weeks pass, nothing. So I reach out, next day response is “oh they’ve been back order d until late November”. Which would put the date 10-11 weeks after my order. Guess it was a good thing I asked because I think they just figured out they didn’t PLACE my order, how ironic their new estimate was 5 weeks out. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on if they can’t even communicate out important info like “your clubs will be delayed by double!” Another shady business with poor customer service and trust problems. Just what we need. My advice, stay away from them

Poor experience. Purchased a LAB putter recently and when it arrived was in horrible shape (huge dent in the face making it unplayable). 2nd Swing issued a return label and after a couple weeks they dinged me for 20% restock fee and $15 for the shipping label. I called them up and reconfirmed that they shipped me a damaged club. They ended up crediting the 20% restock fee and I was fed up and just told them forget about the $15 shipping fee. Not a great experience for a crappy product.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a putter that took 10 days to arrive. When I decided to return it they charged me 20 percent restocking fee. Luckily I took pictures of club so they agreed to refund restocking fee. It has been 8 days still waiting for refund. Never Again.

I ordered a set of irons from 2nd Swing Golf. Competitive price. Free shipping. There was a problem with the irons. I worked with their customer service and they were wonderful. I’ll buy again from them and recommend others do as well.

This company is awesome! When I received my first order (in 3 business days), the club arrived broken, which was a huge disappointment. However, the customer service rep I spoke with, Tyler, was quick to locate another club for me with the exact specifications and rating and shipped it to my home in two days. Will definitely use again.

I called in and spoke with Brent over the phone. He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. In less then 20 minutes Brent found me an ideal driver in my price range and skill level. The entire process was easy, can't wait to use my new club!

I was able to trade in some old clubs and reduce the price of a new set of Ping G440 irons and fairway woods. I already had my fitting paper work. Thanks to Rob T. for assisting me in the building of my new set.

Attended 2nd Swing in Scottsdale. All staff were very helpful, able to try any clubs out in the bays, no time limits. Ended up part exchanging old wedge and buying new driver and wedge. Rob T at the till was very helpful. Great place to buy clubs.

Ordered a club thru 2nd Swing, thru no fault of theirs, an OEM sent a club with the wrong putter grip. i called 2nd swing, within a day the OEM had alread shipped the new club with the correct grip.

i had an excellent customer service experience with 2nd Swing.

The club description and pictures were completely off base from the club that was delivered. When they say average conditions shows normal wear on a club I wouldn’t expect the face of a driver to look like it was used to hit rocks with pitting and scratches all over the face. On top of that they don’t replace items like that, I have to return the club and then make another purchase. I definitely wouldn’t recommend for others in the future when there are much better used club sites out there.

Update: 2nd swing reached out to me after seeing my review and did actually go above and beyond to make things right so in the end I was satisfied with how my purchase ended up. Hopefully they will also take the advice of making returns or exchanges a little more streamlined for the consumer as well. Their response moved their 1 star review up to 4 stars though.
