My wife purchased a Callaway cargo bag for me as Christmas gift. She purchased it from Dicks sporting goods with an extented warranty (waste of money)I finally got to use it. I love the bag but encountered some issues. The first was it gets top heavy so it falls over. It is also to big for my low rider cart. The second was the condensation from the insulated pocket soaked through to my club handles. Went to Dicks and the 3rd party insurance company they use within minutes responded that they wouldn't help me. I called Callaway explained my issue. The agent that helped me was very professional. She gave me some options that would work out better for me and replaced the bag. Thank you Callaway for standing behind your product and always having excellent customer service.

Purchased a club and traded in a club. The club I shipped was in great shape and had a headcover. They didn’t accept the trade. Said shaft was broken. I requested it returned. They snapped the shaft and didn’t return the headcover. It was a Titleist that I tried to trade in. Maybe the reason. Don’t use trade in program.

Ordered a set of paradym irons and they shipped them pretty quick and when there was a problem with my 7 irons shaft, I called and they sent out a replacement right away. Would recommend the because of how good the return policy and warranty are.

Very disappointed with my experience with Callaway Pre-Owned.

I ordered a putter that was listed as available and received an order confirmation. After my order was accepted, 5 days later Callaway canceled it because of an inventory issue.

I understand mistakes happen, but the way this was handled afterward was extremely frustrating. I spent a significant amount of time contacting customer service trying to resolve the issue. I reached out 7 times by email and also called, but instead of receiving a clear resolution, I was repeatedly directed back to the same options and sent in circles.

I was told I could receive a discount or price match another equivalent putter. The alternatives suggested were more expensive, and not the same condition as the original “Like New” putter I ordered.

After multiple contacts with customer service, I still ended up without the product I purchased and without a comparable replacement. The time spent trying to resolve this issue was extremely frustrating, especially when the original problem was caused by an inventory error on Callaway’s side.

I expected more from a premium golf brand. The representatives were polite, but the overall customer service experience and lack of a meaningful resolution did not meet the standard I expected from Callaway.

I hope Callaway improves the way situations like this are handled in the future.

Item I ordered was out of stock. They didnt even tell me. had to reach out to them for them to tell me. Charged my card anyways

Took them 5 business days to process the order and they wouldnt let me add delivery instructions. This is unfortunate because I live in an apartment in a large city so I had to have them sent to a friend’s house in the suburbs. I purchased what was advertised as a standard length iron set only to find that every single club had an extension in it. Also, one of the wedges was the “high loft” model instead of standard. They also advertise club customizations, which for some reason weren’t available to me at any point. I recommend looking elsewhere for clubs

I have purchased many clubs from this company and they have always arrived better than expected. Last week, one of the heads of a newer 5 wood flew off at the driving range. I called Callaway Customer Service and they shipped out another club immediately! They were outstanding, to say the least. I really appreciate this company and have stocked our golf bags with high quality golf clubs at more affordable prices from them for years.

Ordered a hybrid via Callaway Golf Pre-Owned in the 50% discount sale as I didn’t want to pay too much for a club that I won’t use on a regular basis. I went for the outlet option in terms of the condition of the club and ordered it on 19 March. Having contacted Customer Service (Ulrich) to check progress, I received the club today (25 March).
I have to say I can’t fault the whole process from end to end and also the condition of the club. It was perfect - let’s hope I can hit it ok haha.
Would definitely recommend Callaway Pre-Owned. I know there are some negative reviews but can only speak from experience and I am very impressed.

Ordered clubs on Friday morning and on Monday afternoon I got an email that said they couldn’t complete the order because they no longer had the clubs. Why is the iron set on your website if you don’t have them?

I ordered two women’s clubs, two days before they got here they canceled one. When my package arrived they sent me the wrong club. Not only is it going to take close to a month for me to get a refund, they wasted my time and money.

I just purchased a stealth 2 driver for, "very good" condition. It was average at best. The online guideline says, "very good" condition is 8-15 rounds played. It's missing the red paint on the bottom side and has scratches EVERYWHERE. Looks like it came from a rental set and the staff member who graded this club, "very good" kisses their cousin. Feeling robbed, lost a customer, indefinitely.

I ordered a set of ladies irons . There should have been 5 clubs but only 3 were received . Callaway follow up service was diabolical. They refused to give me a refund until after the carrier had carried out an investigation , despite the fact that they have acknowledged the package has been tampered with in transit and resealed with tape that they do not use . I ordered my clubs 2 January it is now 24 th Jan and I do not have the set I ordered or a refund . Apparently , “ it’s procedure “ ! Appalling, will never use Callaway again

I ordered Callaway Elyte X iron set. 6-AW. I selected the “like new” option. These clubs all are brand new. Not a mark on any of them. If they are “used” I for sure can’t tell. These irons are in perfect condition. The price I paid was literally $300-$400 less than you’d pay for new. If you need clubs, check them out! They also have brands other than Callaway. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Callaway Pre-Owned Golf.

This company repeatedly advertises items as in stock, accepts payment, and then takes over a week to inform customers that products are suddenly unavailable due to “warehouse misinformation.” This happened to me multiple times, across different purchases, and shows a serious lack of inventory control and internal communication.

Shipping updates were consistently delayed or nonexistent. In more than one case, part of an order shipped while the rest was quietly canceled days later. Customers should not have to wait a week or more just to learn that items they already paid for never actually existed.

Because of these ongoing issues, I ultimately returned all items. The returns were shipped using the company’s own UPS labels, with RMA numbers clearly marked on the outside of the boxes and included inside the packages. Despite doing everything correctly, I have now waited over 8 business days with absolutely zero updates regarding receipt of the returns or processing of refunds.

To make matters worse, I used Affirm for the purchases. Due to Callaway Pre-Owned’s repeated mistakes, I was forced to open multiple financing accounts for orders that were never fully fulfilled, creating unnecessary financial exposure and administrative headaches that could have been easily avoided with competent order management.

The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency to resolve their own errors is unacceptable for a company of this size. If you value transparency, timely fulfillment, and basic customer service, look elsewhere.

Until these systemic issues are addressed, I cannot recommend Callaway Pre-Owned Golf to anyone.

Absolutely the best place to buy used clubs, callaway or any other brand!

ordered Ai one mini putter in like new condition on Sunday night , then read the reviews after ordering, generally though the worst was going to happen , but arrived today 2 days later and 1 day earlier then planned, honestly the putter is brand new still got the shaft length sticker on the grip , honestly im in disbelief of the condition and the price I’ve paid feels like I’ve stole of them ,I don’t play Callaway normally but very tempting with the service and price , but will 100 percent be ordering again from here( putter wise) !

I have always been happy with my dealings with Callaway Pre-Owned. The condition of the clubs has been accurate, indeed recently a 'Very Good' driver came looking like new. The one minor issue I had was dealt with promptly and professionally by Customer Services. I would most certainly use them again.

Like others recently experienced, ordered and paid for “like new” putter arrived with dirt all over the grip, scratches and a sticky substance on the shaft. It was packaged in a box with one crumpled piece of packing paper near the handle and was just flopping around loosely in the box. What a joke and misrepresentative of the condition I selected. I would describe this condition as average to poor, not close to like new condition. Returned and will not waste time again buying from them.

Customer support here is useless. Ordered a set of wedges that was missing the Approach Wedge. They now have a set in that has the wedge so I reached out to my “account manager” to buy the wedge. They told me they can’t “break up the set”. But it was fine when you sold me my set without it???? Never shopping here again.

The club arrived and in good nick but decided I needed a loftier wedge so arranged a return, so far so good, I returned it via UPS. Not easy as the UPS site is bad and ultimately no local drop off points. Returned it, no refund, left if a while 2 weeks no refund. Contacted them via online form as well as email using the email address, nothing, waited a few days nothing, after three follow up email as still nothing then three days after last contact email telling me my credit card failed. Had to ring in, rang in, online team busy, will ring me back..........nothing.......
