Jay and Andy delivered our sofa today. I couldnt of asked for better service. They boys were polite, asked and advised me on the sofa set up and what would best in our room. They were clean and made sure all rubbish was taken from our property. They are a credit to your company!

Opted for the Calisese 3 & 2 black leather electric recliners with drinks console. Beautiful sofas super happy, Isaac from the gloucester store was fantastic nice easy purchase,kept me updated with delivery which i ordered Wednesday 7th October arrived today monday 12th october. I had a 4 hour time slot Brian and Dave my delivery drivers contacted 30 mins before arrival and assembled my sofas very professional, polite and respectful. Checked everything was in working order, 5* review all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We bought a new recliner, massage two seat sofa and paid for delivery and set up it was delivered quickly and the delivery men were great only problem was only half of it was working we were told it had been reported and someone would be in touch. A week went by and no one rang so my wife rang three times and was told she would have to ring another number which she did and was told someone would be in touch still nothing so she rang again and ask for a refund as it did not work. We are now 5 weeks later and still waiting for someone to come and look at it . We have purchased 3 sofas from Abode and never had a problem before this experience is letting them down badly.

Dave & Bryan our delivery men were amazing and very polite, they helped us build our sofa which they did with alot of care and respect.
We were missing some bits off our order but Dave was very helpful with letting us know our next steps to do very nice guy and lovely to talk to with a good sense of humour too.

A refreshingly relaxed negotiation… unfortunately there was a power outage which Josh admirably took control of… all aspects of size … material… construction (I could go on) were discussed in a relaxed friendly manner… Josh had plenty of time for one to one queries… even though this cost me money … strangely it was a happy transaction…. Well done!

Fantastic service from Sam at Farnham branch she helped and answered every question we had and was so polite and welcoming and interacted with our two children can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive. Once again thank you Sam

The salesman Fred was helpful delivery depot kept the suite until I was ready for it delivery men took it in unpacked it , put it together and took the packaging away

Rob and Theo did a excellent job of delivering our chair to us the guys had a long day and didn’t get to us til 8pm but were still very polite and still had 3 more drops to do after ours , well done guys 😊

Well what can I say, Bertie who
helped us in the shop was lovely, as for Rob & Theo who delivered our sofa’s were great, very polite.
Unfortunately 2 armless segments were missing which was not their fault & they apologised & told us to contact customer service. Also 2 of the power leads for the corner suit were missing, & we asked Bertie in the shops at the time about if it was all working & he said yes the power leads will come with it. They did take a photo, I asked them not to put it together so it would be easier to be fitted when the other two segments come. I will be contacting the shop tomorrow as it was late when the lads delivered it. The only reason I have given a 4 star rating, is because of the two missing items, it would have been a 5.
But it’s a lovely looking sofa & we are pleased with it, I have dealt with them before for a chair for my brother. I have also recommended this company to a friend.

Just had my sofa delivery the drivers were lovely and respectful. Absolutely love my new purchase very comfortable to relax on, ordered Wednesday, delivery arranged Wednesday afternoon for today. I wouldn’t hesitate on ordering from Abode again.

Great value for money and very friendly and helpful and delivered early too

Very happy with my Lando, grey leather electric corner suite.
I didn’t know this store existed, and I’m so happy we discovered it.
We looked in several stores and got followed around by staff like sniffer dogs trying to get a sale, quick exits made.
Abode wasn’t like that the staff in the Gloucester branch were great and really helpful without ramping up the pressure for a sale.
The delivery team was great too, didn’t take them very long to assemble sectional.
Top job all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Apart from some confusion over the delivery slot (it changed 4 times and 2 different days) when they got here the guys were very efficient and quick and we are very happy with our new furniture.

Jordi was hands-on with excellent customer service and delivery speed. Service was much quicker than anticipated.
