Excellent customer service. Ordered the sofa on a Saturday afternoon it was then delivered on the Monday afternoon. Jordi was very polite and nothing was too much trouble, even took away all packaging after building the sofa and placing it where I wanted it.

Abode Furniture Outlet, I placed my order online, as nearest store 2.5 hours away, very easy to do, really helpful staff dealt with Sam she was great, adjusted order as I was on holiday and needed later delivery than the standard 5 to 7 days. Sam arranged everything Sofas arrived in boxes, took us under 10 mins to unpack and fit backs on sofas, very pleased with them so far, only been 3 weeks, seem hardy to our dogs, as it stated leather is scratch resistant, easy to keep clean. Such great prices from Abode.

Absolutely terrific 💯. Came early which was perfect for me, very pleasant chaps 3 seater sofa and armchair put together quickly and all is perfect, took away my old sofa and armchair with ease, as I live in a flat it's a bit tricky because of narrow hallways etc. Not a problem for these chaps 😁. Great service.

I purchased a corner sofa since the 23 of September they delivered it a week after ,when I open the box and trying to connect the sofa I realised that a side of the sofa missing I try to contact them and it is so… hard to reached out to them after they take your money after finally get to them they said it gona take some time to them to look through it and see what went wrong.then I was getting angry with them they said I can return it if I wanted and I will of to do it on my own and pay £247 to return it .This company is a really bad company.After that they didn’t reach out to me I had to reach back out to them and they told me they will deliver it a week later because when they check there stock they don’t have none in stock they will of to order it . So basically they sold me the sofa knowing they don’t have alll the pieces and wait on me to tell them I don’t get all and they know.I regret purchasing from the ..people today is the 19th of October and me still no get me other sofa yet.think before spending with them and Becareful because they are hard to get to .

The staff at the store were brilliant, no pressure. They just let us walk around and then came over to us when we had had a good look at everything, the sale was done with ease and really quick no messing, thank you to the gentleman who took our order, he was great and a laugh. Xx

The delivery was so quick,and the service was great,the unpacked and put it together and in the room we wanted ,was very happy with them and would use them again ,

The shop is laid out well, lots of choice, great customer interaction from the sales guys, they leave you to look around but are there when you need them. Delivery was within 7 days, the delivery guys were great and the product overall is great.

Recently bought 2 leather reclining sofas from Abode in Gloucester. The whole experience was excellent throughout. The staff in the store were very helpful and answered all our questions. Delivery time was less than a week and we were kept informed about the time through tracking on the phone . In addition we had a phone call about 20 minutes before delivery.
The delivery guys were first class, we had paid extra to have our old sofas removed and this was done carefully and quickly. They put together the new sofas and positioned them where we wanted ,
then demonstrated how to use them .
The sofas are excellent quality and comfortable, exactly what we wanted.
Quite rare to get this level of service these days.

The showroom staff were excellent, the delivery team were on time and the crew ( Rob and Chris ) could not have done more. Whet more can you wish for ?

We had the need for 2 sofas and a chair in a bit of a hurry. Called to the usual players but were told between 10 and 16 weeks delivery. Drove across country to Heanor to Abode who were on line advising 4 -10 working days. Greeted by Shaun late in the day, he was excellent, even staying late as we arrived approaching closing time. He remained until we were sorted having already wasted 2 days. Sofa chosen 1710 hrs on Tuesday and by following Tuesday 13th it was delivered, 4 working days. The SGK system allows for your delivery to ge tracked so given a 3 hour timeslot we knew exactly where they were and didn't stay in. A great performance thanks to Shaun at Heanor, SGK delivery and Abode. Sofa was a Galaxy and is beautiful.

I have been in contact with Sam from the Farnham customer services. I initially had doubts as to if I would be accepted for credit. Sam advised me of how to get in touch with Snap finance. Once approved, I was able to call her back to process my order. If your on a budget, as I am I highly recommend ABODE. And if your lucky enough to also have Sam processing your order, you're in safe hands. Any questions or doubts you may have will be answered in a patient, polite, professional manner.
