Easily got things sorted. Very quick too. All sorted and I’m relieved to be able to relax

One Answer Insurance are an absolute joke.

My van broke down, so I rang them on the Thursday to change my policy. By Friday it still wasn’t sorted, and then nothing happened over the whole bank holiday weekend. Every time I contacted them, I got rude responses and was told they were “waiting for emails” – that’s not my problem. I’ve paid for a policy and a service that I was not receiving.

Because they didn’t sort my insurance, I was unable to work and had to buy temporary insurance elsewhere just to keep going. I was repeatedly told I’d get a call back, but it took nearly 7 days for them to finally transfer my insurance.

They then refused to refund the cost of the extra policy I was forced to buy while they failed to provide the contracted service. To add insult to injury, they also charged me a £300 admin fee.

In total, I’ve ended up paying around £550 extra purely because they can’t organise themselves or provide the service I’m paying for – all during a cost of living crisis.

I am mentally ill (medically documented), and this whole experience pushed me into a serious crisis and meltdown. Being ripped off, unable to work, and constantly chasing them while being treated badly has had a huge impact on my mental health.

I’ve spent countless hours on hold, only to be cut off. This is totally unacceptable. I will be raising this further with the relevant bodies and am prepared to go to the papers about how I’ve been treated.

I was struggling to navigate online quotes to accurately insure my car. Kasey, demonstrated excellent knowledge regarding potential pitfalls for my personal situation. He researched a number of different providers and got back to me as promised with multiple options. Yes using brokers costs more but it is well worth it as the repercussions of getting it wrong are just not worth the risk. The service, knowledge and attention to detail was worth every penny.

For a number of reasons, my insurance needs are not straight forward but Josh was able to resolve things smoothly for me and since then, Customer Services have also been willing and able to address my ongoing requests.
In these days where it’s all about systems with no human element it’s good to see people allowed to think for themselves!
