I would avoid using this company.
I would avoid using this company.
I phoned to cancel my policy and was told it wasn’t a problem, and that someone would call me back to process it. Unfortunately, no one ever did, and I never received my refund.
When I called again to chase this up, I was told the first adviser had forgotten to process the cancellation. Despite admitting this and confirming that the recorded call proved I had cancelled, they still refused to refund me and insisted I pay the full amount.
I made a written complaint but no one ever replied
I’m now taking the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Very difficult to communicate with
Keep addressing everything to my husband who is a named driver but not the policyholder. Can’t email documents but have to take photos and upload them to a fiddly portal. They take weeks to review the documents. They have increased my payments because even though I have uploaded the necessary documents they haven’t got round to reviewing them. They don’t have anyway to communicate by email so you have to spend hours on the phone and then what they tell you on the phone is different to the emails they send to you but you have no record of what was said.
