I would give this company zero stars if I could customer services are very rude they say they don't understand what u are complaining about in my eyes they don't give a monkeys how they treat customers belongs they get money off u who answers emails at midnight straight after u have sent one to them surely if it's a company u get no reply until a Monday if sent it late Saturday night they told me send item back if the feeder been unwrapped looked at get no refund how do I know what it is and if its correct item also why charge customers £7.50 is it because u know customers won't pay it money making company never shop with your company again SCAMMERS

Hello, thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are disappointed, however I can see that the item you recieved was what was ordered, a nut feeder, we fulfilled the order correctly. We do understand errors happen when ordering online and we do offer returns - however returns are not free of charge unless faulty or damaged, as stated in our returns policy. Our return service is a door to door DPD collection service as many of our items are heavy, it is often cheaper to self return certain items via another method. This option is available to you and I can see that we have sent you that information, if you choose to do this we can issue a full refund for the feeder. Kind Regards, Garden Wildlife Direct.
