The staff were very helpful as I wasn't sure which remote I needed, it being one of a possible two. On arrival they knew instantly which one was required and had it in stock. All in all a great service.

I wasn't sure which tiles to choose, Walls and Floors sent a sample tile, which I received the following day, via Amazon, with no delivery charge.
Also, unlike other companies, I was able to purchase the exact number of tiles, plus 10% rather than by the metre.
Just a great service.

I found it very easy changing from my variable tariff to the fixed tariff.

A very helpful lady explained we needed one of two keys for our garage door and suggested ordering both and returning the wrong one, with free postage.

Richard messaged the day before the appointment with a expected arrival time and duly arrived on time. He was very helpful and did his best to rectify our concerns. He took photos before work and suggested contacting the retailers if the problems returned as he could not guarantee they wouldn't.
