Great remote, very simple to install, setup and use. Well priced, arrived quickly. I would definitely recommend using them.

When I telephoned to query new model numbers and compatibility, my issue was sorted and two fobs purchased within minuites!

The old ones were simply past their best. I very gratefully recommend GateRemotes because although busy when I rang, they just spoke clearly, listened patiently and left me thinking, there is a reason why they are successful, knowing the product range was key!

The staff were very helpful as I wasn't sure which remote I needed, it being one of a possible two. On arrival they knew instantly which one was required and had it in stock. All in all a great service.

Moved into a new house which came with my first ever double garage. The remote was in peices and I really did not know what to do. Reached out to Gate Remotes who calmly worked out what model I had and which new one was required. 2 days later I've got a new remote and two working garage doors.

I purchased a garage remote control after numerous cheaper ones. I probably paid three or four times what I could get cheaper ones for, but the extra payment is worth all the hassle that the cheaper ones cause. Also because it was an older remote control on the Garage Door I needed help in getting things paired up, I rung up gate remotes and I have to say the customer service was second to none, and my remote was working as it should in no time at all. Ordered spare remotes for Beninca gate. Took 4 attempts before I got the right instructions. In fairness Gateremotes were responsive and helpful but would have been much easier if they had qualified my need and sent correct instructions!

The preoduct was received promptly following the order and the product works well and has done so with the equipment we already have.

Ordered replacement remote for garage. The website was very useful in finding the correct model for my garage door. Couldn't process payment through the website for some reason. Phone them and the nice made sorted it all out. Remote arrived 2days latter with clear instructions to link.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong remotes and rang and spoke to a charming young lady by the name of Lauren,who could not have been more helpful and reassuring if she wanted to. Within minutes she e-mailed me with what I needed to do. She single handedly deserves the five stars. A real asset to the company!

The item I ordered was out or stock awaiting delivery. When I called, helpful staff suggested an alternative product was suggested and delivered next day.
