Third beer currently brewing and can’t wait. First 2 beers were way beyond my expectations for a home brew but Pinter is the real deal.

Easy to follow, even for an overweight pensioner

First time using this platform for exercise. I’m 65 and overweight & visiting a gym is not for me. Mad Muscles has tailored an exercise programme for my age & fitness level taking into consideration my ultimate goal to lose weight and stay in better shape. The exercise programme is very easy to follow and I’m looking forward to seeing & feeling the results.
