I wanted to authenticate a 2TB SanDisk Extreme MicroSDXC card because I thought the price was to good to be true 🤔 And this lady helped me greatly and she was warm great to talk to and resolved my query very quickly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant service

Absolute Rip Off...

I bought 5kg chicken breasts for £36 & 5kg of chicken breasts £18.99,now I've been buying my meat straight from Wayne Walker Meat Van for years...On average I receive 24 chicken breasts for each 5kg of breasts,well when I received my order from Meat Supermarket my 5kg bag had 12 chicken breasts in it.And the other 5kg was in two 2500g bags and each had 11 chicken breasts SO OBVIOUSLY I WAS RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY !!! And I sure as hell don't lie about these things...When companies offer you half off these companies are going to rip you off one way or another... LESSON LEARNED NEVER AGAIN...

Unfortunately I had a delivery today…

Unfortunately I had a delivery today from Meat Supermarket and I feel scammed,I ordered 5kg of chicken breasts ( also ordered 5kg chicken breasts @ £18.99 ) The 2 × 2500g had about 11 or 12 breasts in each,yet the 5000kg bag only had 12 chicken breasts in it 🤔 I made a huge mistake not to weigh each bag,so if anyone is reading this please weigh each bag because you won't receive the weight...I also ordered 3kg of chicken wings,and let's just say the pigeons in the garden had more meat on them lol SKIN & BONE... I'll never order again...

Absolutely brilliant company who…

Absolutely brilliant company who provide quality wild bird feeds & so much more,I've ordered twice once last Friday which came yesterday morning.And unfortunately for Garden Wildlife Direct I ordered again yesterday morning and it's already here even before 12 noon ( Great Logistics 👍 ) QUALITY SEED AT AMAZING PRICES...I think I may need some peanuts next and maybe suet bricks 🧱 Appreciate the great service and AMAZING PRICE'S ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Logistics was 1st Class 👍 Driver was very helpful because I've a spinal injury which limits my movement and everything else 😭 So he was especially helpful in actually putting this 25kg of bird seed and feeding bin in my back garden ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Octopus energy reps trying to force smart meter on my home...

Unfortunately I was with Shell energy who was bought out by Octopus energy,I have been BADGERED for week's by Octopus energy customer service to except a smart meter.This customer service rep wouldn't listen at all to what I was saying ( DOM the rep should be fired for trying to force me into excepting this meter ) and I explained I was taking this further yet I've not heard anything back yet...It's just wrong the way these nefarious companies try to force things onto you,even after several emails and booking dates and times for their engineer to visit...Avoid like the plague ! Unfortunately I'm contacting the Ombudsman over that Dom trying to force a Smart Meter on me & my home,it's absolutely disgusting that a vulnerable adult has someone like this Dom trying to FORCE A SMART METER onto me.And I'm also going to bombard your CEO with emails about the whole episode because it shouldn't be happening FULL STOP !!! And it wasn't just one email from this Dom ( YOUR MAKING IT OUT LIKE IT WAS ONCE,WHEN IT WAS OVER MULTIPLE EMAILS ) This is going to go away I can guarantee you of that...

I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the issues you have been facing regarding a meter upgrade. Having looked through your correspondence with us, it looks like there was a mix up between what you wished and what we actioned.

Following an email on September 25th in which you clearly stated you did not wish to have a smart meter, one of my colleague incorrectly booked you in for an appointment. That should not have happened and I cannot apologise enough for the confusion we caused at that time.

I can confirm that once you made your wishes clear, we cancelled your appointment and will not be looking to book any more for you. I can also confirm that we will be running an internal investigation to ensure that such a mix up can be avoided in the future.

Unfortunately Zen have lost my business…

Unfortunately Zen have lost my business due to terrible customer service & broadband speeds are a disgrace,but there is actually more and worse service by Zen.I must admit I'm practically no nothing about broadband or the internet and I was accused of sending malicious spam across the Zen network and yet I didn't have a clue what was going on.They expected myself to stop this even after phoning them and getting snotty customers service about it ( Zero help whatsoever from there none existent customer service ) I've had issues with the 300mbps broadband for a long time ( Only getting 30 to 50mbps ) and it's always my fault,phoning customer service is a joke because they don't even phone you back.And if you using there online help ( IT'S A JOKE ) this happened many times while it says a customer service rep will be with you next,you basically get cut off by Zen Broadband,CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE TOILET & SO IS THEIR BROADBAND.Be very careful choosing Zen especially as there packages are very expensive and service is TERRIBLE...😭 Everything I've wrote here is the truth and Zen can't lie about it because I've emails to prove it....Since I've put in to move to Vodafone WIFI 7 ( 910mbps ) Zen are obviously giving 20 to 30mbps which is funny especially as I'm supposed to be getting 300mbps,leave this company and they just treat you like dirt especially if you give them a bad review ( Everything I've said is the truth ) And if Zen would like me to add the email's I can 👋👋👋 Bye Zen and your garbage internet

Had some issues like received my order…

Had some issues like received my order but unfortunately it had one product but with a receipt inside box that said both products 🤔 So I had to contact the Nisbets Limited to enquire about my other product but the customer service lady was great and sorted the issue out ASAP...But once the product turned up it had less than 2 weeks best before ( And it was a 4ltr Daddies Brown Sauce ) So had to phone again,but these things happen and customer service was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ so I'm still giving a 5 star rating...Rome wasn't built in a day ✌️

Absolutely brilliant that's my reaction to Lloyds Direct,they have helped me so much because I've a cage built around my spine and a shattered right shoulder & shattered left knee so I can't really get out much unfortunately and without Lloyd's Direct I would be in serious trouble...Thanks again 👏👏👏

Unfortunately a few months ago Zen didn't do a good enough job when I couldn't get a signal over 10mbs,when my service was for 300mbs ! I had excuse after excuse blaming me for the actual issue,now there engineer's did a good job getting me a signal of about 70mbs but I paid for 300mbs unfortunately ! They also tried to make me pay an extra £9 a month for multi room,I'm paying £40 a month for 300mbs which I wasn't happy about...And I live alone so they can't blame others for there shortcomings,still the best around but I'm considering my provider unfortunately...

I'm really sorry to hear of the unfortunate issues which you had experienced here. Please be advised that the advertised speeds as per your package are for the speeds received to your premises via cabled connection. Wifi speeds can fluctuate due to the number of devices connected to it & also with the device used, device usage in addition to the size, infrastructure & age of your premises & the thickness of the walls. We are unable to provide advertised speeds for Wifi due to this.

It's great to hear that the engineer did boost your speeds a little more, however, if you have not seen this already, these are some internal Wifi diagnostics which we advise for you to take a look at which can be known to boost the connection/signal & speeds: https://www.zen.co.uk/help-support/wireless-diagnostics/.

Brilliant because it took 2 days for delivery and I didn't pay extra for express delivery,prices are competitive especially in this ridiculous world where illegal immigrants get everything for free but we have to pay extra so it balances out 👍

I'd just like to say a big THANK YOU to LloydsDirect because I've a spinal injury ( Cage built around my spine ) and my mobility has got worse since it happened and will only get worse unfortunately.So thank you because I wouldn't get my medications without help 🙏🙏🙏
