Reporting the loss of a small hearing aid was straightforward and really quick to do. I attended the London Luton Airport Luggage Point desk two days later and was reunited with my property. I was really impressed by the outstanding customer service, care and consideration Rekha provided. Thank you Rekha 😁. I also want to thank the LLA Security team who discovered the very small and easily missed hearing aid at the screening area and for forwarding it onto the airport Luggage Point team. Thank you so much to the whole LLA Team
