You think you have breakdown cover but…

You think you have breakdown cover but you don't! All of you who have breakdown cover with AXA go back and read what it covers!!! I have been paying breakdown cover with AXA for years and I have never called them because I drive relatively new cars. I have been away and got stuck in Australia by the time I got back my battery was down. I just called them and they informed me that am only covered if the car is 1 mile away from my home!!! I hate to think what would happen if I broke down 3 or 5 miles away. I bought this cover as part of my insurance as I always do, this is day light robbery!!!

I always have the worst experience with…

I always have the worst experience with DPD and you can’t even contact them. They missed delivery yesterday today I was by the door the whole afternoon and the driver just used the exact same picture of my front door he used yesterday to say there was no one to sign for it which is a lie he never even attempted delivery. And am travelling tomorrow that’s why I stayed downstairs waiting all afternoon!

BEWARE SCAM SCAM SCAM

I was looking for free CV updates and I landed on Toolresume and they were purporting that I would get a free update. I put in my details however, in order to get the updated CV I needed to pay £0.90 which I did. I just found out they have been taking £34.99 every month from my account from the time I paid the £0.90!

I will never buy Samsung again and will never recommend them

My heat pump dryer which was barely a year old stopped working in early November. I called Samsung customer service and I was assured that an engineer has been booked for 18/11/24. Then I got a message to say the engineer will come on 23/11/24 by 9am, without any explanation. On 23/11/24 the engineer did not come nor did they call as they were supposed to prior to coming. I chatted with customer service and I was assured it will be rebooked in. I did not hear anything for more than a week so I called them on the phone and was told that it has been booked for 03/12/24 then another message that it will be on 09/12/24. On 14/12/24 I received an email that my repair has been cancelled! to cut a long story short I have been toing and froing since November and my repair has only just been done on 06/01/24. I have had to minimise my washing as I had no where to dry except the radiators! Samsung customer service have been trained to pretend that they care when they don't just to fob off customers and frustrate them.
I thought that Samsung was top of the range tech for home appliances and in the last 2 years I bought a TV, a large fridge and the dryer. Now I think otherwise!

AVOID AT ALL COST THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

This company is a scam!!!! I bought a ticket and put in the dates of going and returning and before payment I checked the dates again to make sure they are the right dates. They sent me three confirmation emails there was no PRN number or eticket number. There was a link to download the ticket but I was unable to download it I kept getting a message that the ticket is not there or that I have no access. I even downloaded their app!! I could not find anyway to contact them but I eventually replied the emails they sent. I was then sent a ticket with the return date the same as a departure date!!! When I tried to cancel they said I would only get a refund of $10 out of nearly £320!!!!

VIVENSE Disappointment

I ordered a TV stand/sideboard on 14/03/23 and at the time of ordering delivery date was 18/03/23 and it was advertised as including assembly. When it did not arrive on 18/03/23 I contacted them and they said it was arriving in the country on 18/04/23! I actually did not mind but when it was delivered on 22/04/23 it was not set up and I contacted them immediately and up to now I have not had a response! I told them that if it cannot be set up I need to return it as I am a single disabled woman and am unable to set it up myself. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering I would not have bought anything from them!

KITCHEN NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS

This has become a nightmare for me; all I wanted for my small kitchen was the same design same setting but with newer cupboards and appliances but instead I have been left with a broken, ugly kitchen. I had been assured that installation is completed within three days of delivery I even planned a holiday round it, but installation was then delayed for three days and it is now more than three weeks and I still don't have a completed kitchen. I wanted to make sure that between delivery and installation it will be seamless so I paid for installation but this has been a disaster; the installer was arrogant and rude which I have put down to me being an older single woman who can be intimidated and ignored. The cupboards have been put in the wrong place and I have one tiny drawer instead of two normal size, the sink has been put in the wrong way round and the extractor fan has been left half installed with holes in my ceiling. The installation included flooring which the installer decided not to do. I was given contact for a dedicated installation team but they are more interested in justifying why things are going wrong than trying to resolve issues. I went back to the store in Luton where I had bought the kitchen and complained to the manager who listened and assured me that he has forwarded my grievances to the top boss for installation and that I would get a call from him within a couple of days but nothing.

I started fostering my great niece just before installation and we have not had a home cooked meal for more than three weeks and as well as being expensive in eating out and take aways its killing me because I love cooking! I am so frustrated and angry I wish I had kept my old kitchen; they dazzle you with computer designs but the finished product or unfinished in my case is so below expectations! And all this before Christmas!!!

False promise

I had a voucher that I got from the store after another purchase but I was unable to use it as its valid from January 2023
