I regret not checking Trustpilot before buying something off of them. No way to cancel your orders, customer service is a joke, no way to return your product unless you waste hours and hours of your life talking to people over the phone and over chat. I've complained about it on some of their instagram posts and they've made sure to silently remove them. What an excuse of a company 🤢
