Book not delivered

I ordered a book 2nd March 23, I was still awaiting delivery 15 March. I contacted WoB, the robot replied my book has been lost, but I can order a different book because there are no more copies.
Why would I order a different book?
I asked for my money to be refunded within 24hrs, WoB haven't contacted me or refunded my money.
Would I recommend WoB, no. I'll go to a bookshop on the high street
