No Staff on tent field

Unlike previous visits, there were no staff on the upper floor. Seeing a staff member coming up the escalator, I was told go to pay desk downstairs, I've no radio. She spotted a colleague, who DID have a radio. She called for help on tent field and they walked off.
Young man came over, asked what we needed. I advised re the tent I had waiting for me. No information left with it on how much it would be as ex-display. Didn't honor the agreement made to include the carpet.
Really a rather poor experience, compared to the previous week.

Vanishing basket

Clicking on something I liked opened a new page. I kept losing my basket and things I added to it. Very annoying.

The stock I requested arrived in plenty…

The stock I requested arrived in plenty of time for when I needed it.
However looking for things like badges is a nightmare!! The site doesn't filter properly, not all badges show if you search. It's incredibly frustrating!
