I went to the castle Donington branch and we was very warm welcomed by Hayden- the sales representative, he was absolutely amazing from the second he said hello, he even walked me round and took his time to make sure I was absolutely perfect for the bike i wanted- the first one I wanted he was very honest and showed me the bike ( it was way too tall for me) he then let me have a sit on his very own bike ( a smaller one) to make sure I was safe and comfortable enough with the height and weight, he wasn’t like another your sales representative I’ve met before, he’s very helpful, honest, and very negotiable, wasn’t even pushy he was absolutely great, took his time with me and made me aware about the bikes and how reliable, economical they are, he shows me the bike I’m getting and made sure it’s the right fit for me, very fantastic at his job! Thank you so much for your help!
