I’ve been having trouble with talk talk for months now and obviously very frustrated and annoyed. But I spoke to a lady called Alexia and she was extremely empathic and helpful. I felt like she had actually listened and sorted this very stressful experience with Talk talk out for me. Thank you again. Very professional and kind.
