Dear company, you are so great! My stuff were taken by customs and after filling up a tiny note with details, then after the shift of the employee from customs ended he also did his part. Later on I went to the website and fill up as guidance from the tiny note I had to decide what to do with my property. Eventually I managed to get it back as it was pressious gift from my beloved dad who passed away few days before my flight. Recently I had query from customs in Sofia Airport and they are looking forward to have you there as they experience huge amount of such properties they must throw away on a daily basis.
