Disgraceful booked a 4 night trip to Prague and was persuaded to upgrade our room for a £100 company took the cash and when we arrived at the hotel they had no notice about upgrade we were stuck in the worst room in the hotel tried contacting galaxy holidays for 3 days no response eventually made contact when we got back and they said they would investigate and reply within 48 hours still no reply after almost 3weeks and totally ignored my attempts to get in touch stay clear as they are a joke I’ve left one star only because I can’t leave zero learn by someone else’s mistake and stay well clear
