Great team!

We have been dealing with the team at Vertu in Yeovil, previously Westerly, for over 20 years both on the Mini and BMW side. Even now when we have moved 220 miles away! They are reliable, efficient, caring and always respond quickly to requests for help.

REAL customer service

I ordered a couple of items from Fat Face and thought I had saved the changes on my account after our move to anew address 200 miles away. Apparently I had not saved it correctly as when I received confirmation it had my old address on. I contact Fat Face and spoke to Olly via webchat, who could not have been more helpful or better at calming my anxiety. He obviously knew what he was talking about and talked me step by step through what to do and assured me I would not be out of pocket. I have always loved Fat Face and this has just added to my confidence in the company.

Exactly what I wanted

The frame I received arrived in good time - it was for a piece of very detailed embroidery which I had made as a gift and usually I would take something like that to a professional framer rather than fit it myself. Looking online I saw the excellent reviews for Frames.co.uk so decided to go for them and I could not have been more pleased. People have asked me where I had it framed and have been very impressed with it. Excellent product and service.
