I paid £6.95 for delivery & then they had the cheek to charge £4.95 for a return -(£12!!!!!!! to try an item on) so caution ONLY buy if you 100% think you will keep!!

I live in a small town - with no outdoor shops. So when i need to buy new hiking gera - I buy online. I wear Rab jackets. I spotted one in the sale online - at a great price. I bought a size larger than my normal clothing size as I always do with Rab jackets. I paid the £6.95 for delivery - note this was for a super lightweight jacket and NOT for next day delivery.

The jacket arrived and I was gutted to find it was too small so wouldnt allow a fleece to worn underneath.

So Iwent online to arrange a return - It Is £4.95 to return!!!! so bascially I have paid £12 to try on a jacket

£12!!!!!!!!!!!! that is utter madness

I know its not Costwolds fault the jacket was too small. (I wear the brand, I checked my sizes, I bought the same size as I currently own)

But £6.95 for delivery is steep (the jacket was such a good price that I was kinda ok as I presume dit would fit) - but to then charge a £4.95 Return fee on top is insane,


But charging nearly the mininum wage for delivery & return... is so so so so expensive - I have never had delivery & return fees like like shopping online from any store.

it has 100% put me off ever buying online from Cotswold and their online chain of stores.

I ordered a bike and then realised that putting it together was going to be beyond me. I got in touch to confirm this via email and then I spoke to an amazing member of staff called Fred. He was simply excellent on the phone (just as it was a big item to be returned so I was a but unsure) - he was very paitent & friendly/ and got me sorted.

I always think companies show their true colours when something needs changed - either a return exchange or similar.

And in this case the service was simply excellent - I genuinley wished I stayed closer as I would have been able to get my bike build by them.

I bought such a lovely table from here - super easy to build and it looks brilliant! Price was excellent. The only downside was it was shown as instock on purchase and I only found out after that it wasnt - so the 14 days turned into nearly a month - however the customer service on the phone & via email was brilliant (which is why this is still a 5star review! as I really apprecated the quick friendly response !) . And I did get initally updated and then I had to chase this once . This was no dount just a glich as I did read the reviews before buying - and the delivery guy was excellent as well.

I would 100% buy from here again - but would just do a quick check first if I needed something within a certain timescale.

I have a large 75inch tv and it works perfectly with this - I checked weights that the unit would hold first & my TV has a acntre stand. Unit was super easy to build and looks great. I had looked at other similar units elsewhere . But I am so glad I went with this one !

Been a nespresso buyer for over 10 years - website is so so clunky to use - I just want to buy coffee - I dont want an experience/ to wait for an advert to load ...

and why am I using youtube to find out how to descale (why does the site not just have a very simple step by step page for each machine rather than a huge pdf booklet you need to browse to find this ? yet the site gives you all sorts of usless nonsense)
- just put a descale button on the machine - rather than a magic combo of presses/ on off/ timings...

I have a subscription - but they are trying to force auto deliveries - we dont get the same order everytime - so I dont want that - so if it automates I will end up with the wrong coffees/ having to pay extra to order the correct ones/ then have the wrong ones teh next time due to having to sort inbetween....

But in all honesty if the capsules keep going up & up in price (like everything is - I know stuff keeps rising but they fast becoming a luxury item!) - they are now getting to just buy a mcdonalds on the way to work price..

If they keep getting dearer - I am just going to buy a barista home machine - the breville bambino looks great... and will save me money at this rate!

I was looking for a new floor lamp and had browsed all the usual sites - and this company kept popping up on google. They have such a good range of lights!

Did my usual and checked reviews out on here. I also had a query with a disocunt code and emailed them - I got such a genuinely lovely friendly reply from Lily in customer services.

My floor lamp & bulbs arrived in 3 days - was packed really well & its beautiful.

Price was really good as well.

I have just got my second purchase from Good daze - a custom sized ring. And it is perfect! It arrived so much faster that expected as well. I have only been wearing it for a day and it feels like ive had it forever its so comfortable on.

I have a bought a beautiful good luck necklace before and this and my ring are just 2 pieces that make me happy. The quality is excellent and they are both just a little different.

I love how unique their designs are and the customer service is so lovely. This is 100% a brand I cannot recommend enough.

Great experience online - easy to find what I wanted and the delivery was really fast. I was expecting around 10 days as they were waiting for stock and they arrived in 4 with really good tracking all the way!!

The price for my boots was brilliant as well.

Found these folk randomnly on google - they have a really good range of products & we bought a selection on proteins bars at a brilliant price. Delivery was really fast as well.

I was looking for a new office chair and found these folk on google - they have a huge selection! I found one that looked lovely and it arrived up to me in Scotland literally 3 days later! (i was expecting around a week to 10 days)

I had a small query after ordereing and got such a genuine and lovely reply back (on a Sunday!!) - customer service is simply excellent. I have booked marked this company and I will 100% buy again when looking for any more furniture for our office.

Sent me items different from the website. Photos on their site showed pockets on the items and / seams on the items. I purposefully bought due to the pockets.

I hike and I always wear leggings with pockets as I keep my phone handy as I take a lot of photos.

When I contacted customer service to say the items didn’t match the photos I was initially offered a repair ? ( no idea how you can repair something that is not there .. ) Then a discount to keep them. I was simply looking for a return label as they didn’t match what I thought I had bought,

I sent screen grabs from the regatta website .. and the advisor then accused me of lying!

I really like regatta - but this has massively put me off. The whole experience was utterly confusing from receiving items not as shown in the site .. to being offered a repair for missing pockets . To then being accused of lying as the items don’t have pockets ( when the screen grabs form their own site show them with pockets..and with seams and I received seamless leggings with no pockets ! )

I always have a look at regatta as I have regatta fleeces that are pretty old and they have held up brilliantly. But .. this whole experience was just rubbish .

My husband had one of these a few years ago and it was simply excellent. I got a new car and with 4 dogs - wanted something to protect the boot area especially with a few muddy walks coming up over my time off - I ordered one online/ pre sales were exellent and helped me with faster shipping & delivery.

Liner arrived - and I simply could not get it to fit! - I had stupidly ordered the wrong type for my car - Bootbuddy were amazing - not one did anyone say "your an idiot" which I was - they offered to swop this (as long as it was in original condition/ unsed etc) .

My husband can make a tweak to sort this - so i dont need to return it.

The quality is great/ it will protect my boot perfectly and is one of the best solutions I have seen for dogs in the car.

Genuinely excellent customer support from start to finish and cannot recommned this and the company enough.

Got in touch with some queries for setting this up for a client - got Harrison Thorpe twice as support for 2 seperate issues and he was excellent!

I am dyslexic and my spelling is terrible (and you cant spell check on a chat) - Harrions undertsood/ helped and got both my issues resolved - just excellent! No faff, no jargon - just good strightforward help & advice to get the 2 sperate issues sortyed for me as quickly as possible.

I was looking for a simple photo book creator - something that i could adjust layouts/ add text etc - and I tried a few that were just awful to use! Found this just via google - gave it a shot and literally had my book laid out / with custom text captions in about 30 mins. Really easy to use/ easy to add text - took me a few minutes to work out how to add extra images in - but its all very easy & straighfoward.

Excellent ! Arranged a pick up for shelter Scotland and it was so easy. Kept up to date. No faff and guys were amazing !

Delighted ! I have used another brand of whey protein for the last 8years. Have tried a few but always went back to that one brand. ( ones have tried have been bland/ didn’t blend well etc)

Tried my protein impact whey in vanilla and it’s excellent- really nice taste / sweet without being overly sweet.

Blends really well in coffee and yoghurt ( it’s gluten free as well) . Got it at an amazing price as well.

So happy I gave this a go.
