Very Slow to Deliver an Order

7 days after I placed my order I am still waiting for the courier company you use for delivery to drop off my purchase at my home. I think you need to use a more reliable delivery service than Hermes who still have my parcel and I can’t contact anyone at Hermes to explain why they have not delivered it to me.
