NHS eye test for 2 elderly family members. charged over £500 for glasses they could not see with. Complaints totally ignored and nothing done to rectify. Had the nerve to send follow up appointment today. They must be joking. Would have left zero but apparently does not allow it

As you can see from the photographs they are like new. You clearly have an issue with the quality of these very expensive boots which needs addressing. It is the weld seam of boots to top which has split.
Very disappointed as I have wanted a pair of your boots for long time.
I am certainly not going to be so ungrateful as to ask the person who gifted them to me for the receipt so sadly you are not prepared to replace them despite them not being fit for purpose under the sale of goods act

One star because it won't let me give 0 stars. Collected 11 days ago. Not delivered yet. Claims it was containered and shipped by third party but can't track it, can't trace it, can't tell me who third party is so I can't even talk to them! Do not use if you actually need something delivered!

Above is the Electricity Bill for the period: 01-06-21 - 25-06-21.
Your account is in credit with us for £-228.62, which will be refunded within next 10 business days. Dated 23rd July!
Now 22nd September and still no refund. Emails blocked. Calls cut off as soon as I give account details.
These people are a complete nightmare
Yet again they ask for 'details ' so that they can 'look into it'...and so it goes on. Have sent email again as requested but OFFGEM NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY
6th October still no refund! Now they have apparently 'gone bust' !! 1st November still no refund
