A genuinely superb overall service.
I’ve been fortunate enough to buy and own several nice cars from various different dealerships around the country and sadly I’ve found that good service isn’t always guaranteed.

This was amongst the best service and experience I’ve had.

A good deal backed up with concise comms, email returns and phone calls coupled with honest chats and down to earth chat.
Despite being 3 years old my new 2022 X5 is virtually as new.

A shout out to Kallum, thank you.

Overall a 300 mile round trip to collect my new car and I’m very content. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Yr service is slightly ruthless but…

Yr service is slightly ruthless but isn’t pushy.
The only issue I faced was that the poor member off staff was rushed off his feet. Appointment times were slipping. He had no chance to keep to 20 min app’ slot times.
Whole scenario took 60 mins
This is no criticism of yr employee he was being asked to complete an impossible task.
