The manager of the site has been helpful and professional too.

Delivered on schedule! I was very impressed and the driver was courteous and polite.

My original experience a couple of years ago here was of having to walk around the store looking for someone vaguely interested in helping. In fact last time I was here I gave 1 star as the assistant handed me an empty box as if it was the most natural thing in the world for Freeview players to be airware!

What a difference this time. They had signs at the front directing where to go if you needed help. The store staff could not have been more helpful! I bought a mobile phone and the assistant - I didn't catch his name, but a red haired guy with a beard was fantastic!!

Great advice. Wasn't trying to sell me a product i didn't want, but listened to what i was looking for and recommended options for me. I ended up buying some separates and have enjoyed them immensely.

Great service, friendly and the work was completed immaculately.

The staff member (Saffron) was immensely helpful, polite and dealt with my questions well.

Process was straightforward and simple. Everything is done online and the member of staff i spoke to was very easy to work with.

I would have gone with 5 stars but felt that i received too many texts leading up to the actual sale. Personal preference but overall great service.
