My original experience a couple of years ago here was of having to walk around the store looking for someone vaguely interested in helping. In fact last time I was here I gave 1 star as the assistant handed me an empty box as if it was the most natural thing in the world for Freeview players to be airware!

What a difference this time. They had signs at the front directing where to go if you needed help. The store staff could not have been more helpful! I bought a mobile phone and the assistant - I didn't catch his name, but a red haired guy with a beard was fantastic!!
