I have had an Avalon plan for 2 years,I spend winter in Spain, my wife's parents came to visit for 5 weeks,unfortunately my mother in law had a fall and didn't recover from a head injury and passed away in Spain the same day,I thank God that Avalon where at the end of the phone, I was able to gift my funeral plan to her and It took 1 call to get things into place,every member of staff where so professional, companionate and so fantastic it was very humbling, it took a great amount of stress away and my family couldn't thank them enough, also the tanatoria they selected was unbelievable, fantastic service ,if you need dignity, and professional service look no further, thanks to Mike,Stuart, and all of you,much appreciated

Being uk residents my wife and I where thinking of a funeral plans in the uk but never got round to it,spotted an averted in paper for a meeting at Surfers bar Playa Flamenca,A representative from Avalon was there,Sue had a chat to us and realy give us some good advice,the following day Avalon rang and organised a face to face meeting at their office in Algofar.
We where greeted by Gavin Paskin,who as it turned out was brilliant, he took us through every detail,have to say it was a pleasant experience, Gavin was precise, courteous and very professional.
The product is fantastic,it covers our funerals in Spain and UK,it is a no brainer.
Would recommend Avalon to anyone,Brilliant
