Don't like the way they get the genuine 1 star reviews removed. 53 reviews they have had removed so far so you are not seeing the full story. You still get the gist though. Let people voice their opinions

Thank you for your response, I asked for help by email on several occasions, you didn’t give any. Questions on lives were ignored. There was no support. Couldn’t post on FB group as the posts were being vetted and weren’t approved and were rejected, nothing negative asking for genuine help. The plan didn’t work for me it had the opposite effect I put on weight and cm/s. I stuck to calories and did my steps.

The only thing I can add is that for me the plan did NOT work. Having already lost 9stone on another plan, I joined hoping it would help me maintain that loss and lose the last 18lbs. I didn't lose any cms or weight despite sticking to the given calories and macros 100% and doing my 10k steps per day. In fact I gained over 50cms and 21lbs in 8 weeks and the only response to my emails asking for help was to "don't give up, you are doing everything right, keep at it" REALLY???? Not very supportive at all and no where else to turn to for help.
No point posting anything in the Facebook Academy for help either as that is monitored and posts are rejected and comments deleted if they are not positive or about gains. I was asking for help, no one would help me. You are made to feel very isolated because it appears there are no other members struggling to lose or that the plan isn't working for everyone.

I wish I had known about TrustPilot reviews before I signed up and wasted my money.

It really is a shame they are flagging these negative reviews and getting them removed unless we show proof of our order number. Look at the stats there are lots being removed, most probably because reviewers are reluctant to provide membership information in fear of being bullied and harassed further.

Again had to amend my genuine experience because I wrote something that was TRUE but he didn’t like
