Early Order - No Delivery
Ordered shoes at the start of December, received confirmation of order and @offspringshoes quick to take the money, but no contact since, no delivery notice, no status update and certainly no communication despite emails, FB DMs , Twitter you name it no response...one of the worst companies for customer service so far! Wont be recommending to anyone unless by some miracle they appear!
Email sent to new email address (different to the one given on OffSpring web site) provided @2pm 21.12.22 - I wonder how long it will take to be investigated and resolved??? Will I get the shoes by Christmas???
22.12.22 - Update - Claire has now made contact providing a Yodel tracking ref which when I check indicates that the item was posted through my letter box, however give the size of parcel this is highly improbable - when checking with Yodel, they now say th=at they are unable to provide any further information as OffSpring havent provided / consented to providing my details - so Im still no further forward - yet another email required to Office.
08.01.23 Update
Office / Offspring still haven't provided the forms required to even start the claim process despite their promises of these being sent within 7 days...we're now nearly 3 weeks later! Yet more failed promises! Next step Legal action if forms don't appear!
