Extremely efficient and managed to sell me a car which worked with my budget and what i wanted.

Emma-jane was brilliant when helping us purchase our sofa! Very knowledgeable and found her to be very relaxed and not rush us into the sale!

Spoke with Amina K, waited a while to get through but she was extremely helpful. Sorted all of my queries efficiently and gave me peace of mind :)

Probably the worst 4 days of customer service I've received, every worker you contact you get told something different, no empathy to the customer and just generally a really poor service.

Have purchased my first property with keepmoat at the gynsill gate plot in leicester and have now been in for 3 days.
Was communicated with regularly for any updates throughout the sale process and kept up to date with any changes or complications. The property itself has been brilliant and have found no faults at all so far.
Val/Toni have been brilliant throughout the whole process and Val has gone out of her way to check on myself on a few occasions to ensure i have settled well and to see if there are any issues. Mike the site manager has been extremely helpful and has popped by to help with a few small requests by myself which were sorted straight away. Would also like to say a big thankyou to Julia who has been lovely and extremely helpful and provided me the keys to my house after a long few months.
