Charlie the Manager couldn’t have been more helpful. He did a really great deal on the car I purchased including throwing in a few extras. The handover was done by Tate who really knew his stuff and went over some of the paperwork again. Had a couple of issues when I got home but Charlie was happy to sort them out free of charge.

We had a really goof experience with Bensons and there salesman was excellent. We had to change our mattress as it was proving to soft. They were really happy to assist us with a firm mattress to suit our needs.

I paid extra to have my goods delivered within two days as I needed it urgently which was confirmed on my order.on the day of agreed day for delivery and not receiving a email or phone call I decided to phone the company to see what was going on. I was told that my goods were still in the warehouse.when I asked to speak to a manager I was told that was not possible and that I had to send in a email to complain and a answer could take up to 48 hours to receive a reply . Fortunately I did get the parcel a day late but even so this sort of service is nowhere near good enough and I will never use the company again.at the very least the company could of done was to refund the cost of the postage.shocking

Parcel was delivered on time between the hours listed but box had water damage and your courier label was well soaked almost unreadable. Contents was not damaged but if i wanted to keep its box I would not of been happy.Hence only given 3 stars.

Ordered one day delivered the next.can’t complain at that.ordered product with wall fixings which was lost by courier,telephoned them with problem offered to send out brackets next day or credit back cost of brackets which the latter was agreed.

The reason for the very low rating is due to the cost of the product plus postage for something that does not work.this may work over a long time period but I used it all and no results were showing. As I say it is such a small amount in the bottle for what you pay it might be a way of getting more money out of you to purchase more.it did not work for me so cannot recommend this product.
