This was the first time we used Plumbco to service our boiler, it was easy to book the appointment and we had a email confirming our booking, and another just before the service as a reminder. Paul the engineer was on time and very professional. We will definately be using Plumbco in the future.

As usual with Jet2 Holidays everything was very well organised, plenty of Jet2 staff to help you at the airports, with the transfers and at the hotel. The holiday was good value and exactly as described on the website. We are looking forward to booking our next holiday with Jet2.

Fast service, good value for money.

Great hotel, good location, friendly staff, food excellent but could do with a little more variety. On occasions we had long waits to order and receive your drinks. Also the bar in the pool area was closed which meant you had to go to the bar on level 6 to get drinks. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the Grand Excelsior and will definitely be returning. As always Jet2 Holidays continued to provide excellent service from start to finish of our holiday. When we arrived home we booked our next holiday with jet2.

Matteress topper and pillow as advertised on TV, comfortable and worth the money.

Arrived quickly, useful gadget to have in kitchen draw, used it several times already.

A system that works. I have lost 4 stone in total since joining WW three and a half years ago. The program is easy to use, you can still enjoy your food eating what you normally would, that combined with the excellent support of the coaches I found the weight just fell off!!
