PLEASE AVOID/ MAY ALSO BE UNDER PLUMBFORCE DIRECT. came out to my flooded basement in sept 24 as needed drainage specialist. Worksman drilled a hole out of my wall by the radiator saying its leak was the issue. When the emergency plumber had said it wasn’t the radiator ( as too big a flood and also heating and water was fine) . No leak found by the radiator, so he said he would come back to check on the job. Company invoiced me £456 for job and any remedial work, but then took £466.80 when I paid online.
They then never contacted me back. I chased the company for a week, eventually on 2nd october they send out 2 other guys, who immediately said the problem was definitely not the radiator and was groundwater or pipe issue. They said it was wrong what the previous guy had done, and that they would report back to the company.
I heard nothing back from the company and then for the next week when I tried to call, the main people, Scott or Sylvie would just hang up on me.
I tried to email, but no answer.
Aweful!! no idea how they get away with this.
I had to get basement specialists to come and sort out issue, and I still have a hole in the wall that they left, that I have to pay to fix.

Easy to book (though 3h minimum which is too much for my small flat) very professional & friendly cleaner, on time. Only charged me for the hours she needed to clean. Good clean

I really like the ethos of this business, trying as far as possible to be ethical and environmentally friendly. Seem to be passionate and very knowledgeable about tea. Even though I am not a massive tea drinker, I really enjoyed the virtual tea tasting, it was fun and informative. Got to try 5 teas and we very given very generous portions, so that I have some left over. It was something fun, social and alternative to do. I also like to buy my tea loving friends gifts from their online shop, really cute merchandise (some recycled/re purposed 👍👍)and teas of course.
