Easy pre-registration, registration and enrolment. Well thought out process that catered for most if not all scenarios and great that this is a Zoom online option. Excellent presenter in Stuart and comprehensive slide deck. Very informative and everyone learnt at least one thing from the course. I had a preconceived idea that the course would be boring and a waste of time but to the contrary it was interesting informative and well worth doing, in fact as a refresher for those who passed their tests some while ago it would be very beneficial. Maybe incentivise this with a reduction in insurance premiums if you attend a course.

Polite delivery driver and delivered on time with no issues

Phoned one of the stores for guidance and given accurate advice. Ordered a pair of trousers online and they were exactly as expected and advised by the Store. Arrived very quickly and well packaged.

Having had many quotes from other companies we found Staysure more suited to our needs and easier to navigate through the medical declaration forms.

I asked for my order to be taken to my local shop for me to pickup.
however half of the order was left on my doorstep which is not covered and it was torrential rain.
I had a message from Hermes informing me the other part of the order would be delivered the next day between 1pm-3pm but never happened.

The company i ordered from charged me for a nominated day delivery and i am still having to chase up a refund.
