The whole process, from initial appointment to being prescribed was dealt with in a very professional manner. Any queries were dealt with in a helpful, respectful, way. It could have been a stressful procedure but my partner was made to feel relaxed throughout

Rubbish tracking and re delivery

On Saturday I had 2 tracked parcels being delivered at the same time. However only one arrived. I then had a message saying they hadn't been able to deliver, strange, as they were both sent out at the same time on the same van. I then received a message saying to collect from local sorting office on Anglesey. I cannot do this, so requested redelivery where they informed me the parcel is now in Yorkshire! The tracking system is diabolical. Thanks to the postman the parcel arrived on Monday. Such a shame the tracking is so bad. All this stress and time wasted could have been avoided. Royalmail sort your tracking system out!

Let down my YODEL once again

Once again I have unfortunely been sent a parcel by Yodel. Had I known this was the courier I would have shopped elsewhere. As usual with this company I have received a message saying they could not complete the delivery. Why does this happen every time with Yodel?!!!

Straightforward on line purchase

Ordered for next day delivery and it arrived next day, well packaged. Easy to use website. Lots of choice on website. A very straight forward purchase. Will definitely use this company again.

Trust pilot really works

I was unable to make human contact with the company I had a complaint against. I went on chat, then phoned them, only to hear recorded messages that were not applicable. This went on for a week with no resolution to my problem. However after posting a negative review of the company on trustpilot my issue was resolved quickly.

Icheap delivery servic evri

I have been waiting for a parcel delivery since 27th July! They say the parcel is too big! and will have to arrange a different vehicle!! the parcel is a small pair of jeans!!! now today expecting another parcel unfortunately through evri> It was meant to be next day delivery haha same message for this also. So now they have 2 of my parcels and can't get any sense from the bot the phone. They advertise as cheap delivery! well this is what you get.

Paid for next day delivery

Paid for next day delivery, should have arrived Friday. Got a message saying they couldn't get access to my property .... vehicles coming past here all day and night, apart from them! Now Monday and no up date since last message on Friday. Can't get hold of anyone to find out where parcel is. * Have already tried suggestions from reply below. Still no response from them!!! *** 11/09/24 UPDATE Still waiting! As Charity from Evri suggested I have phoned and phoned Evri to get a message that a rep will call me still waiting for a call. This company should NOT be allowed to operate a business

Website easy to use. Hamper arrived on time for my sisters birthday. She was over the moon with it and so was her husband. Proper cornish pasty and apparently scones were delicious, the best they have tasted. The only disappointment was when they had eaten it all! Know what I will be getting them again! Thank you so much for great service and wonderful hamper
