They wouldn't take a booking then when I got HQ of jolleys do it.. they lied on the day saying the head vet said I wasn’t well and was no attending so I had wasted my journey I cancelled appointments and meeting to make that visit all the be unlawfully discriminated twice definitely prejudice and racist I am legally trained and am now in the process of making an example of bad business and am currently doing a documentary on far right extremism which this falls into that category directly. They clearly don’t care about animals or giving a good service to customers. I wouldn’t mind but the fact it was paid for I think they didn’t want to do the second one as they wasn’t paid for it. Shocking experience will never use Jolleys again.

Amazing new store. Has everything you need and more. A young women served me and my partner today snd her name was bronty. She was so friendly and helpful. It made our visit!! Very happy customers

Went to Jollyes Barnsley store this morning where Alex took care of me and im so grateful. His advice on the best options for my dogs' various dietary requirements was second to none and I've walked away feeling clear and confident. It's refreshing to visit a store where the staff are not only knowledgeable but take the time to listen and chat things through. Thank you!

The staff at Kettering Jolleys are always polite and helpful, Joe was very helpful and helped me find the dog food I was looking for.

I ordered from Jollyes on line website, (2) 10kg bags of litter, Order 046131822, 10th March.
The order arrived on time - 12th March, but I have just opened the delivery box to use the purchased litter, and one of the bags of litter has been sellotaped back up, right across the top and beneath the handle.
I am not happy at being sent a bag of litter that has been open and then taped up and sent to me.
I am a new customer and this is not what I'd expect. If the bag ripped, whenever, don't then just tape it and send it to me, anything could have got in there!
I am not a happy customer!!

Received excellent service from the manager in the Chesterfield store today and the other members of staff seemed really friendly too.
The store was clean and today and had a great choice of toys and treats for my dog.

Today we took our New puppy too flint for his second injections on the 18th of March 2026,as we are new puppy parents we were a little nervous,but a really lovely store assistant called Karen and a Italian vet called Francisco both put us at ease with there excellent knowledge and conversation. I think they should be commended for there attitude and are a credit to the company.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve experienced. I tried calling 10 to 15 times in a single day, and no one answered the phone—it either rang endlessly or just cut out. To make matters worse, I attempted to book a vet appointment multiple times, but the system wouldn’t even let me complete the process. This is hands down some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Completely unacceptable!

Such a shame High Wycombe store has stop selling large bags of tennis ball at a reasonable price…. No way am I’m paying £5 for 2 balls …no reason to go there now as I can get all the food I buy at pets at home 😩😩😩😉😩

I love walking around the store Jollyes have so large range of pet food for all pets on their own brand all at reasonable prices plus their Vet prices are so reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Jollyes to anyone who owns any kind of pet.
