Good communication from Company before installation so knew exactly what to expect. The installer (Alex) was very friendly. Explained what he was going to do. Got on with the work very efficiently and tidied up after he had completed. All in all, very pleased.

Great customer service from Salter. Within 4 working days of contact they had sent out a replacement grill tray (there was a faulty rubber part on it) for my air fryer. The Customer Service person (Holly) replied to my e mails in a quick and professional manner.
