I joined in good faith after following a TikTok account featuring the face a 80/20 . I was lead to believe both on TikTok and on the company web site that I would be supported for my emotional eating and binding by a fully trained professional there would be live Q&As and daily support and encouragement, with nutrition advice and recipes with an academy wow I was so excited! But wow did I come down with a huge bump!! And paid for the pleasure! The academy is a Facebook group which is monitored by legends no questioning the process is allowed and you will be blocked from the academy you paid to join! No recipes! The live Q&As consisted of DW grinding and preparing narcotics while making lewd comments, or swearing and ranting at anyone who asked what he perceived as a cxxx question you would the be blocked and publicly named and shamed as a cxxxty troll !! I kid you not all this for the princely sum of £125. The non-existence of money back guarantee . Please avoid . I do have proof of purchase !!

I ordered and paid for a box in March but received nothing, I have however received email after email saying sorry we will send you a box next month. It is now the end of June and I have not had 1 box just another email saying sorry next month we promise.
I’ve tried to get my money back but the telephone number given doesn’t connect, and the emails returned are generic copies. So 4 months on out of pocket and not delivery 😡
