BEWARE ARROGANCE FROM BATH ROAD…

BEWARE ARROGANCE FROM BATH ROAD BRISLINGTON, RUTHLESS SALES STAFF - it was £54 for a bulb or nothing - you can guess the rest 😆 well I don't know about you but I hate being swooped upon and thrust with a one time offer when clearly I only needed to spend £10
I been a customer of Halfords for over 40 years and to reward my custom like that - do you think I will be going again ? - well would you ? 😆

THE WORST AND MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY…

THE WORST AND MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY EVER !!

As I had an excellent credit score with Equifax
I was recommended to apply for a Tesco Credit Card
* 13th February I filled out the online credit card application form on which you fill it it and then you sign the credit agreement by ticking the box as your signature
NOW it was Tesco who approved of the agreement
The next thing was them informing me that now it is approved the card would be arriving by the 23rd

* 23rd Feb NO CARD arrived
Phoned on the 23rd , 23 mins to get through
Person said sorry for delay a lot of applications card arriving soon , give another 10 days if not phone

*Had to urgently work away , when I got back NO CARD
* 10 th March phoned told card on its way 18 mins delay getting through but apologetic, to give it another 10days
• attending family funeral and working away when on my return NO CARD
* 14/4/25 card not arrived said no dig signature. STRANGE as Tesco acknowledged on Feb 13 Signature was produced on line and they didn't mention that before and says they didn't bother as I was out of time !!

**** They said if I didn't like it I SHOULD GO ELSEWHERE !!!! I was horrified

I was angry at their calous response and spoke to the complaints dept with little effect apart they were sending the agreement to be signed by special delivery to be received on the 16th at 10am !!!
Said the account would be credited with £20 credit due to problem
NOTE Tesco did not give tracking number , this was only discovered on the Royal Mail card !!!
* 16/4/25 Waited from 8;30 to 13:00 NO POST ARRIVED
out for lunch left note on door (exhibit) card through box stating post office checked no post ....checked with delivery agent Lost a days work for nothing !!
Phoned Tesco Bank no reply !! (Bank holiday weekend )
• Told by Royal mail will be sent 18th but I was away so they said they would send it to sorting office but they don't open until Tuesday 22nd
• 22/4/25. Special trip of 44 miles to collect mail from sorting office 8:30 to 10am
• signed for it (photo)plus signed the contract (photo)
• sent by next day delivery £8.69 (receipt)
• Royal mail confirmed delivery was on 23rd and signed for .
• phoned Tesco and they acknowledged receipt and said to expect another £20 in credit to be added to the card making £40. Said card to be sent in 10days
• 2/5/25 Email received from complaints apologising for all the problem saying money paid into bank ??? As at 13/5/25 checked with Nat-West No Money paid in (proof in statement)
• 12/5/25 NO CARD RECEIVED
• Phoned in this time Arrogant response
• Ph 14:10 - 1440. Abusive call
The first one took all the details but failed to pass them on to the accounts dept
He passed me to a line which was being discontinued???
Then a lady answered made me repeat all the questions and spoke in a condescending and sarcastic way !!
Said the papers weren't signed ( photo proof they were) and said another lot would be sent out
I said not necessarily as proof it was signed !!
Making now TWICE IN TOTAL .
After all I had put up with she became abusive spike the same time as me and put the phone down on me mid speech !!
I called again and insisted on speaking to management but if course none was available
1445 -1500 call was similar than before she made me sound like a child and when I spoke she couldn't hear me so she said but there were people laughing in the background as she made me spell everything out !!
The Call was recorded in evidence

TESCO GOT UNTIL MID DAY TUESDAY 20th May 2025 to send the card otherwise legal action taken

2. Breach of contract
3. Malicious time wasting
4. Deformation of character
5. Derilection of duty
6. False conduct
7. Antisocial behaviour
and other accusations

MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY EVER !!!!!

MOST INCOMPETENT NEEDS OVERHAUL After taking time off from work waiting , Phoned waited 20 minutes on waiting phone !! THEN no idea after giving post code of when they are in the area or details of post to be received !!
I left message on door to put through box and any problems to phone me with number , I went to post office to check , when I returned found card checked for collect then told be delivered 2 days time , on Saturday and I expecting at end of their round same day !!! Saturday away bank holiday and could not collect until Tuesday and take another time off to collect , I lost £120 through them !!!!
NOW STILL NOTHING DONE email says they called again no reply It is Bank holiday !!! and they won't tell me whether it's the post office or the sorting office to collect it !!;
THIS NEEDS SERIOUS ACTION BY THE CEO !!!!

Offered me £355 but according to others it could be a fraction of that !!
Mine is a Mini Cooper S with full service history valued at £3,500 Previously
My secretary got offered £ 1,000 for her Mercedes which eventually sold for £7,500 !!

THE WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BRISTOL WHERE THEY ONLY WANT MONEY AND CANT WAIT TO GET RID OF YOU WHILE YOU ARE STILL DRINKING !!!!

The worst service received at BRISTOL maes knoll on 2nd June 2024
The order was just over £40 and you are pressurised into ordering more when they want - not when you want !! FOOD not good and meat poor quality and sparing !! we were relaxing after the meal and drinking the bill thrust on the table , after even when glasses were half full said about paying !! we would have ordered ice creams but they wanted the money urgently , can't understand the rush as the pace was half empty ????
At the counter I was shown up as they knew I was not too pleased and the glut of staff hanging around the bar was proof of being under employed , they thought it was a huge joke showing up customers , and the one that served me argued to have the last word , no wonder the place was half empty , it's a wonder they get any trade at all !!
It left me so angry I complained to head office !! Management nowhere to be seen so while the cats away the mice play !!!!
THE WORST TOBY IN THE COUNTRY IS BRISTOL !!! I know as I do 30,000 miles a year . . . .
The BEST Toby carvery is the Coldra Newport and second best is Caerphilly , they should teach the rest !!

Very disappointed !

Very disappointed !!
Trust is where it is in any business , obviously your company in my case does not trust me even though I have an excellent credit score , my other credit card is £1,00O right from the start this one a misserably £300 ....so that's why the low score !!!!!

Hugely disappointed it such a faff for…

Hugely disappointed it such a faff for a new customer,
Online registrations get the name wrong although you enter it the first time.
They send out the pin number with the wrong name
Automated phone system goes round in circles asks for 16 digit a/c number of which they only give the last 4 !!!
Confusing website,
Phone staff will not allow you to email
They insisted in the post and wanted me to send my passport and driving license as it is not safe to use photos by email !!
Really annoyed and drives customers away !!!

Service at the very best possible

This is a most excellent, efficient, cost effective and the best in the country and on the internet
Quickest service to meet deadlines , the staff are the most courteous and astute to client requirements.
We have no hesitation in recommending this company to our clients, colleagues , family and friends and would easily give them a mention on our fliers, and advertising.
When you find the best you don't go anywhere else.

the worst experience at butlins minhead ever

my holiday at butlins minehead last weekend, was totally ruined by the attitude of customer care and management . they have blatent disregard for and contempt for their clients who are merely bringing a problem to their attention, they treat customers like liars, talk over them, talk at the same time as them, refuse to offer any solution, refuse to give addresses and ceo at head office..
they make you feel like you have been hitting your head against a brick wall
Sir Billy would be most unhappy as the company was built on customer comfort and service and is being ruined by ruthless, jobsworth, bullies.
on the plus side is good food and friendly catering staff who couldn't be more helpfull, if i was ceo they would be in charge of customer care and the management at customer care sacked.
i am writing to the ceo to complain as no good involving their management as you would get no where.
