Awful customer service from the…

Awful customer service from the Gloucester branch. I called and verbally agreed a car sale on the phone and after a conversation they said they would call me back, waited but nothing.
I called multiple times and no reply. Called the morning after but noticed the car had now gone up thousands and was told by the receptionist they are really busy. I was told again I would get a call later and they would see what they could do. No call again. It’s just really not what you would expect from a professional car dealership.

I have placed 3 really large orders…

I have placed 3 really large orders over the past couple of weeks, including over £200’s worth of Manuka Honey. I love the products from them, however, the packaging is absolutely awful! The latest delivery had all the products in jars just thrown on top of the softer products causing splits in the items. Over the 3 large orders I have had 9 products damaged. When you are spending hundreds of pounds they should be packaged correctly. It’s such a shame because they deliver the day after order and sell good products. I actually also called in one of the stores this week, when I said can I have 12 of one of the items, she really was not happy so I didn’t buy as many items as I wanted. I need to find another supplier that can support me with my larger orders.
I would also like to add. After leaving 3 negative reviews on your website, I cannot see one that has been approved and added to the product. Very odd!

After speaking to AO about missing…

After speaking to AO about missing transit bolts and poor installation service that was a complete waste of money. They told me they would get LG to contact me with details of the required bolts. They did!! A texted list of transit bolts and part numbers at a cost of between £9 and £13, with no idea which ones I need. So, I will not be spending anymore time on this or ordering anything. If it’s your mistake! Sort it for the customer! As previously stated. The £65 installation fee is a complete waste of money, if I had done it myself I would have done it correctly, everything else we need like the American fridge we will go elsewhere! Also, before you leave the “please contact us mail” I have talked to you and still no wiser. So don’t bother!

Dreadful installation on washing machines!

I purchased an expensive washing machine, including full decommissioning and installation at an extra £65 for that service. I did however, decommission the old machine myself, to save time. 2 lads turned up. 1 stood next to the van doing nothing, the other removed the transit bolts in the van! Then banged the washing machine around to get it out of the van! It was going only a few feet away, but he didn’t bother to level it, connected the pipe and left it dripping, I asked was he going to test it and he replied “we don’t do everything mate” he then pressed every button until water starting coming out to take a picture, (to pretend he had installed it) he then left without giving me the transit bolts for future moving of the unit and the spanner included to level the feet. So I then spent the next hour trying to level it and testing it!
Why are AO charging an installation service and not doing it, if I had installed it myself at least I would have done it correctly.
I went with these because John Lewis was slightly more expensive, what a mistake! I wouldn’t go near this company ever again. They then had the nerve to ring to see if I wanted additional cover at a cost per month, well if that’s like your installation service keep it!!!

The last order we placed a couple of…

The last order we placed a couple of weeks back was from F Village and that was great. We tried Bensons because they were cheaper on the double size full divan, headboard and mattress. What a mistake, it feels and looks cheaper, the feet all don’t line up to the divan base. Nothing can be done because they all tighten at different angles. The headboard is wobbling about. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Just been told they have gone into…

Just been told they have gone into liquidation after taking a deposit for the full house!! Strange, but I personally didn’t feel comfortable with them when placing the order and didn’t like them, but the reviews were ok. They must be so proud of themselves ripping people off like that!!

Probably the worst customer service…

Probably the worst customer service ever!! Ordered expensive products, all arrived in a box too small, so they decided to crush all the boxes to fit them in, so all boxes are crushed and damaged! I then tried to return items and they don’t recognise the order, they have no phone number (always suspicious of this) so you can’t call them. You then go down the pathetic contact us on instagram and we will get back to you! Yes, they have the odd discount, but what’s the point if the products are damaged and they make your life hell trying to return anything!! After a full day of messages, I am still not able to return the items! They tried to offer 7 pounds compensation but for hundreds of pounds of damaged products, no thanks!! No return contact message after that! This is all very suspicious, from the poor packing to the damaged products, so I will escalate to PayPal customer service to try to get them to resolve. I will stick to others like Face the Future going forward as they offer support if required.

Other retailers better!

Use Face the Future and all beauty normally but decided to try Space Nk after not using them for a while and the experience was not that good. Delivery slow and prices a lot higher than other retailers. Packing also average, so will go back to others in the future.

Fantastic service!

After awful service from another well know retailer I decided to try these. What a great service this is. I love AB creams and service with these guys is fantastic! I have already placed 5 large orders in the last 2 weeks and intent to place more. You get points for later discounts, constant savings codes and everything is well packed and fully protected! Perfect!!

Dreadful packing and service!

Previously had a bad experience with John Lewis but I already had an order on for 2 expensive face creams. They arrived this week both thrown in a Jiffy bag, with no protection and both cream boxes crushed and damaged. I just do not understand what is going wrong with their deliveries anymore. Absolutely awful service when you are paying hundreds of pounds for full price products. However, now found a new site that packaging and delivery is fantastic! So no need to order from JL anymore.

Same old John Lewis reply below, absolutely pointless automated reply!

Dreadful service and packing!!

Placed 2 large orders with Harvey Nichols, I have not used them for a while because their quality was previously awful! Well things have not improved, both orders have items missing and what they have delivered looks like it was kicked down the street first! Definitely my last time ordering from these!!

John Lewis Cheadle.

I went to the perfume section this week at Cheadle to buy a number of fragrances for friends and family. What a painful experience! I picked the first few, but was told they couldn’t serve me because they could not use the till as they were new staff. We then wandered around the store asking others can they use the till to be told no!! Eventually we found someone, who looked annoyed, walked to the other side of the department and tried to force everything into one bag!!
That was me done, I will drive to the Trafford centre and use other retailers in the future!

Harrods awful packaging!

Harrods used to be a pleasure to order from, beautiful packaging wrapped with care. Now it arrives in a plain box, no packing, just a few pieces of brown paper, with the items banging around inside! I will order from other similar stores going forward as I need a lot of items in the Christmas period.

Items arrived like they had been thrown in a box and not packaged new. 5 expensive items in 2 old bags. No Flannels branding all look like they come from the old House of Fraser store.

Awful service.

Order wrong again! I am currently a platinum member at Dior after spending a large amount of money, I collect fragrances and buy everyone who works for me Dior, because I love the products. I have an account at Dior at Harrods and again, spend a large amount of money because they ship direct from Paris for all Privée line fragrances and I ordered 11 just before Christmas. Harrods really look after you and have a Sales associate assigned to you. Selfridges Dior also look after me and I have made 4 purchases on Dior this week.
However, another present this week ruined because you request the couture box and it turns up in the absolutely awful eco box, that means, thrown in a box, all together, no protection packaging and banging together. Useless as a present! Why can’t Dior get it right?
I order multiple orders from Chanel On-line and everything is always perfect.
I called Dior to try to resolve and hung up after 45 mins, they can’t even answer the phone!

Update customer service - after 27 attempts the day after, then another 35 minutes waiting on Saturday for Dior to pick the phone up, they answered, told me they couldn’t really help because the manager wasn’t in, suggest I return it and send them pictures! WOW!!
What awful service!

That’s me done with Dior! I have mailed my Harrods associate cancelling anything currently requested or waiting and will return anything else I have currently purchased from Selfridges etc. I am just done with Dior.

I love other brands like Frederic Malle, Chanel etc so I am not short of other great brands to support.
