Awful service.
Order wrong again! I am currently a platinum member at Dior after spending a large amount of money, I collect fragrances and buy everyone who works for me Dior, because I love the products. I have an account at Dior at Harrods and again, spend a large amount of money because they ship direct from Paris for all Privée line fragrances and I ordered 11 just before Christmas. Harrods really look after you and have a Sales associate assigned to you. Selfridges Dior also look after me and I have made 4 purchases on Dior this week.
However, another present this week ruined because you request the couture box and it turns up in the absolutely awful eco box, that means, thrown in a box, all together, no protection packaging and banging together. Useless as a present! Why can’t Dior get it right?
I order multiple orders from Chanel On-line and everything is always perfect.
I called Dior to try to resolve and hung up after 45 mins, they can’t even answer the phone!
Update customer service - after 27 attempts the day after, then another 35 minutes waiting on Saturday for Dior to pick the phone up, they answered, told me they couldn’t really help because the manager wasn’t in, suggest I return it and send them pictures! WOW!!
What awful service!
That’s me done with Dior! I have mailed my Harrods associate cancelling anything currently requested or waiting and will return anything else I have currently purchased from Selfridges etc. I am just done with Dior.
I love other brands like Frederic Malle, Chanel etc so I am not short of other great brands to support.
