From first contact to final purchase, Tom May was very helpful. Even on the day when I broke down enroute to view the car, Tom was able to cover in a video the main areas I was going to view. Rescheduled for the following day. I flew in and Tom collected me from the airport. The car has met all my expectations. Tom, I feel, went above by collecting me from the airport.

I popped in on the off chance of a test drive in a MG ZS hybrid + which was made available. Ross took over the sale and dealt with my request to source a vehicle from Waylands Oxford that was Silver and a good price!
Regrettably this transfer got delayed and as I needed a car quickly I was going to look elsewhere. Ross suggested that I look at their stock where I found a pre order with less than 50 miles on the clock. I registered my interest but asked for a considerable drop in price for a cash purchase. The dealership agreed and the car was ready for collection the next day!
Only issue that I found since is that the 12v cap is missing but this is allegedly being taken care of?

Waylands Newbury
Ross at Waylands Newbury was great to deal with. From walking in and being looked after without an appointment to collecting my new car the service was excellent.
Most of the documentation is done online and the process was smooth.
I recommend waylands newbury and would happily deal with Ross again in the future.

Had the most horrendous experience at Kia Bicester last year with the service manager.
The awful way she spoke to my wife and I was unforgivable, and has simply resulted in us changing our cars for Toyota's.
Never ever would I recommend this dealership.

I had never used this garage before but thought the service was outstanding. one minor issue was dealt with free of charge and they went the extra mile to make you feel a valued customer.

Awful customer service
Booked a service using their online booking system and received a confirmation the next day. I emailed my frustration to be told that their online booking system does not work and customers are advised to call! I have now called three times. Once was cut off after a long wait and twice been told that nobody is available to speak to me. Terrible customer service.

I ordered my new motability vehicle…
I ordered my new motability vehicle with Declan and the whole process has been fantastic. His communication throughout has been consistent and extremely friendly. He has kept me up to date and now my new car day has arrived he has been so helpful in showing me how everything works and advised me if I have any queries or questions down the line I can come back.
I would highly recommend!

A WARM WAYLANDS WELCOME
Just had the pleasure of a Waylands welcome when taking our car in for a repair, we got a warm welcome from reception and also a nice cup of coffee, at the service desk Jess also gave us a lovely welcome and explained what was going to happen, I then received a email with an update and a video of health check from the technician called Lee, when we arrived back to Waylands we got treated to another warm welcome from Sharon at reception and more coffee!, Lee then came to update us with what has been carried out. Overall a very pleasant experience Many thanks to all 👊🏻👊🏻

Kiera and the sales team were great everything was very professional. At no time did I feel under pressure. The whole process was seamless and efficient. All the documentation was processed on line which makes everything so much easier.

No suitable tyres available
Today I attended Waylands Honda at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, having made an appointment sometime prior, for a tyre change. The work to be completed from 1130 to 1330. The lady at the reception was polite and courteous and asked why I was there. I stated that I had arranged for my car to have 4 x new premium tyres, which was confirmed at the time of booking (both make and cost). As a matter of course she said she would check first to see if the tyres were available. After making a call, she stated that not only was there no premium MICHELIN tyres, there was no premium tyres available at all. If I cared to wait, they would obtain YOKOHAMA tyres; and these would be available from 3.00 pm. With a two hour slot (usual allowance) meant that if I was lucky I would be out of the service area by 5.00pm. Given that, I purposely travelled an hour to make this appointment I was boiling. Sorry I said, I have a disabled lady in the car. I cannot wait that long. I was not prepared to wait up five and half hours, when this should have been sorted out before hand. The receptionist apologised and informed me that she would let the manager know. No communication thus far.

Awful customer service from the Gloucester branch. I called and verbally agreed a car sale on the phone and after a conversation they said they would call me back, waited but nothing.
I called multiple times and no reply. Called the morning after but noticed the car had now gone up thousands and was told by the receptionist they are really busy. I was told again I would get a call later and they would see what they could do. No call again. It’s just really not what you would expect from a professional car dealership.
