100% fake

100% fake! Some gorgeous pictures of girls, but ask yourself, why would they need a site like this? Simple answer FAKE. Was bombarded with fake ‘? is interested in you’, eventually I messaged ‘one more and I shall inform the Police and Cyber Crimes Unit’, never heard since 🤔. Where did I find this site, same place you will find all of them FACEBOOK or as I call it FARCEBOOK, the home of FRAUD.

Ordered 6 x 100L storage boxes

Ordered 6 x 100L storage boxes. Unfortunately due to delivery drivers (nothing to do with Charlie’s) couldn’t care less attitude, just drop package to the floor from shoulder height, it would have been perfect, but one box had a smashed corner. Informed Charlie’s customer service with pictures of damage, vehicle and registration, even the guy himself, and they sent out a replacement straight away. Perfect business to do business with, keep up the good work. I highly recommend this business👍🏻

Subscription after 48 hours

Unfortunately, this site sends you a couple of emails, one of which tells you about the subscription that automatically starts after 48 hours unless you cancel it before this time. This is not good practice as many have found another £39.90 charged, yet you may only require 1 vehicle check. I have communicated with them and had to be serious on the matter which is now concluded.

06/09/24: vehicle check £5.95
08/09/24: £39.90 subscription taken
10/09/24: £39.90 refunded

Uneccessary stress caused, but happy they have seen sense.

Royal Mail unsatisfactory service

Royal Mail! What can one say about them? Incompetent staff who show no respect for your parcels and then deny that damage caused was anything to do with them. These people actually have the gaul to go on strike over pay, we should all refuse to use them and put them out of business for good.

On the 2nd of November I sent 3 packages via Royal Mail 48 hours using Inpost Lockers. My packages all arrived with customers on 7th November, ‘more than 96 hours after putting it in the locker’. 7th November first customer contacts me ‘all 3 items damaged’, hour later second customer ‘his package arrived damaged’. I then decided to contact the third customer and sure enough, ‘item damaged’, his comment ‘looks like it has been kicked around’. I decided to take it up with Royal Mail, three different people dealing with each package rather than one dealing with all three, 3 different responses, but all culminating in ‘it is nothing to do with us’😲. Royal Mail picked items up, Royal Mail processed items through their network, Royal Mail delivered items, so who else could have damaged not 1, not 2, but all 3 of my parcels ‘GREMLINS’. They are mugging us all off, stop using them people, they don’t deserve their pay rises.

Modern day Dick Turpins of our roads

Guess that explains it “Insurance Broker in Colchester”. More like the modern day Dick Turpins of the road. Wish I had read the reviews first before parting with my £100 to get me moving again.

Called them out of desperation as could not get locking wheel nut off so I could put space saver on, yeah sure we can help get you moving again, we just require £100 payment from you, but I needed my car moving again, so I paid it. They sent out Hobbs Recovery Services Ltd, now for me the clue is in the title RECOVERY, my car is outside my house, so recovery not required, I know how to change a wheel, when I can get the wheel nuts off, so I need assistance. Recovery guy after roughly 20 minutes of huffing and puffing, f-ing this and f-ing that, looked at me and said “I cannot get it off, you got any ideas”, what the hell did I pay £100 for, to stand outside for 20 minutes and watch this circus act performance which ended in failure.

From the letter I received from Call Assist, the technician denied the F words and turned it all around onto me. I had no issue with the ATTENDING OPERATOR (they are not technicians) everyone has the odd swear, but to say I was abusive by Hobbs Recovery Service in their defence, is nothing short of a lie, and for that reason, now I have a big issue with the OPERATOR and the dishonest COMPANY that he works for. Unfortunately I was prepared for failure as I was 95% certain he would fail having previously had a run in with Hobbs Recovery (which I won’t bore you with the details of, let’s just say INCOMPETENCE). Having read all of it properly now, my conclusion regarding Call Assist is they are liars as they cannot even get their facts straight, they didn’t even inform Hobbs Recovery of the fact it was a locking wheel nut issue, I told him that on arrival, hence Call Assist let Hobbs Recovery down which will now mean retaliation for their lying incompetent attitude which they duly suffer with.

I yesterday received a letter regarding my complaint and would like to refer your attention to a paragraph in it: ‘we cannot guarantee that repairs will be successful’, remember that when you think of parting with your hard earned cash. These people are just a call center, you ring and they allocate to breakdown (or in my case) recovery services in your area. Do yourself a favour, Google Breakdown Recovery yourself nearest to you, it may just save you money.

Closing comment: After 20 minutes and being £100 lighter, I was left in exactly the same position as when Hobbs Recovery arrived. Do you think I got value for money? 🤔

FRAUDSTERS - SIMPLES. If you check the positive reviews, funny how they are ALL first time reviews. Listen up people, avoid them, I agree with negative reviews whole heartedly and this is what happened to me:

A chap called Sebastian called me and helped me with the sign up process and deposited £250, just under 3 hours later, my so called account manager called, started the buddy - buddy process, then to the serious part, "let's get you started, I need you to deposit £1000", I DIDN'T. After the call, I decided to check the reviews, could clearly see patterns in complaints. Following day, again a call, this time wanted £5000, next day £10000, next day £25000, 2 days later £50000 (clearly needed a day off, I was hard work lol) and finally the big £100000. So I lost £250, but could have been a hell of a lot more. Cryptofundfx is linked to Jupiter, check their reviews as well, please.

The trading site, online chat light is clearly lit green, but rest assured, NOBODY IS HOME.

If you want to invest, Coinbase or Binance, learn about it, study it, but don't look for quick bucks, it takes time. Always read the reviews. Good luck.

Pleasant enough to talk to

Pleasant enough to talk to, but after all, what would you expect from people trying to get you to part with your money. After sales would be interesting to find out, but I declined proceeding as my current policy is more than adequate for my kids needs. I won't put anyone off enquiring with them, as I have not had a negative experience with them to this closing point.

Want a broker who will listen to you

Want a broker who will listen to you, well 24option quote this on there web search pages, but do they listen? The actual answer is NO, they want me to deposit £25000, I said NO, he hung up on me, 2 minutes later, he had another crack at getting £25000 out of me, again I said NO, (account manager) "I am wasting my time with you" and hung up again on me. Following day and after hanging up on me twice, he obviously believes in 3rd time lucky, £25000 again, again I said NO, clearly they don't listen. They will badger you into depositing, even if it means maxing out your credit cards (dont do it), you have to LISTEN TO THEM, not the other way around, they will tell you, and you must listen and comply. I tried withdrawing my money, apparently I had to update my information, send it within 5 days or we will cancel your withdrawl request (I sent it within 36 hours, and they still cancelled my withdrawl request), obviously still not listening. Enough is enough, now going to involve FCA and solicitors, see if they will listen to them. MY ADVICE, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

24/10/18 had a call from none other than 24OPTION, told them my solicitor now has full control of my account, take it up with him.

25/10/18 Access denied to my account.

Next bit is strange as I never put in another withdrawl request, maybe the SOLICITOR BEING IN CONTROL OF MY ACCOUNT GOT THEM WORRIED.

26/10/18 Just received 85% of my balance in my bank account, just waiting for remaining 15% which I can now confirm has been paid into one of my other accounts. My 24OPTION nightmare is finally over, I hope people read this before deciding to deposit, now going to celebrate, good luck all.
